After a very long day at Lake Tahoe, on our way back to Sacramento, I placed an order on the app. For some reason the app directed my order to Georgia instead!? I tried to call but of course they were closed.
Bosco was amazing and made things right for my sleepy and exhausted family.

Was pushed to ask for ones regular seat when one of the senior females could have taken their conversation to a booth or open table.
However left with food in my hands.

Novi was our cashier. They were very kind and had great customer service. She greeted us when we walked in, offered us a to go bag on our way out and even checked on us while we were eating.

This the only panda location won’t cheat you on the amount the portion. I have been to so many panda locations they always cheat on the portions.

Today June 27 I ordered some food and waited over 10 minute for the teriyaki-chicken. Later the staff came to me and tell me I needed to wait another 15 minutes for the chicken because they have big catering party. They have three pans of chicken cooked and needed to be cut. The manger Christian refused to provide me one entree of chicken. By the time they cut it down, they could’ve cooked the missing piece of chicken for the catering party and I could’ve got my food on time but instead, they have a scumbag manager tonight. He refused to accommodate me and was extremely rude. I have always had a good experience here but after this experience I will no long be coming to Panda. Panda should teach their managers customer service and common sense.

This place was horrible, don't think there was chicken in the orange flavor chicken, it was all crust, and the noodles were dry.
We ordered delivery, and our drink was not there. Our takeout containers were not properly filled .Couldn’t even contact the store because they don’t pick up the phone.

Nathan is always very kind! Always a pleasure to see him when we go in always a smile. Yummy hot and fresh food!Wish they would bring back the fire grilled shrimp!!
