Hanna was extremely helpful and sweet when we asked questions on the wait for beef and broccoli. Other staff however rudely looked back and ignored her asking several times what the wait would be so we never got our answer. Hanna was quick to attempt to give us a guess on the wait but we figured we would get something else. Other staff were very rude.

I got the famous orange chicken and it was really good. They also had a delicious fresh brewed tropical tea. Service was fast, the food was fresh, and it was very tasty. I hadn't been to a Panda Express in years, but I'm glad I went to this one.

To be fair, I haven't been to this Panda Express location in probably 3 years. So I dont know if this is normal for this location. But it was a very slow process to get our food. We waited in line for 20 minutes before finally getting up to the counter to order our food.The reason I didn't give it only 1 or 2 stars is because the food was decent. The quality is still pretty consistent with panda quality as far as the Brocolli Beef and the Beijing Beef are concerned....
