Yesterday ai was pleasantly surprised by their service. ..3 employees Allison who took my order, Tracy who came to our table to clear the dishes and Mercedes in the kitchen who prepared and presented our food. All of these women made our group visit so memorable. Their concern for our satisfaction and commitment to excellent service will keep us coming back!!

Great bathrooms, great service, nice outdoor and indoor seating, good amount of parking all around the building, the AC/temperature was perfectly cool for such a horribly hot day in the valley, and as always love the food&drink!

I've been going to Bagel Street Cafe in rocklin instead. It's just down the road and they have tons of bagels! And coffee! Totally recommend this place if you are looking for bagels.
Panera has been my regular breakfast stop for years. Long time sip club member. No need to have the sip club if I can't get also get breakfast here.

I had a very positive experience here: despite my order being made wrong, their front of house staff immediately moved to rectify the issue. They remade my salad within minutes and were all very polite and professional.
I enjoy the food whenever I eat here and considering the prices everywhere are high, I feel I get the value for my dollar.

The Bacon, Egg, and Cheese sandwich on a fresh bagel is my favorite way to start the day. The coffee is great too, and I appreciate that they offer lots of non-dairy options. I had the Mediterranean Veggie Sandwich, which was packed with fresh veggies and perfectly seasoned. The warm and inviting ambiance made me feel right at home as I enjoyed my meal. The cafe-style setting is perfect for meeting with friends or even getting some work done with their reliable Wi-Fi. If you're in the mood for a great meal in a chill environment, Panera never disappoints!
This is probably the third time I’ve come to this location and been disappointed. They don’t make their sandwiches with love here. I ordered the chipotle chicken melt and the sandwich looked like it was just slapped together, the avocado was all smooshed on one side. My friend got the blt and look at the amount of mayo they slapped on, they couldn’t bother to spread? When we brought it to their attention the cashier said “well that’s just how we make it”. Unacceptable.

Poor service, out of ingredients and the only way to substitute is to pay more?? There are many places to eat around here and you'll be better off choosing any one of them over Panera
