I ordered pho with tendon, but it's not as tender as expected. The broth could use more flavor as well. There are a few pho spots around, but this one seemed like it would be the best. The tofu entree was disappointing and lacked flavor. The pork chop quality has definitely declined—it used to be marinated, but now it’s pretty bland. The sauce is trying to compensate for the lack of taste. They offer incentives for customers who pay with cash.

For the pho I got the short rib pho, avoid at all cost. It is not short ribs it is regular beef ribs. Not short beef ribs!!!!

Best Banh Mi (grilles pork) just like I had in my childhood in Vietnam (Hochiminh). Excellent super-hot Pho. The boba is homemade, making my Taro tea so delicious! The service is great, and the place is clean. Best Vietnamese restaurant in Roseville for me!

I absolutely love coming to this place with my family. The service is good, the food is amazing, and the wait time is less than five minutes. I always order a #36, and I can't believe how delicious it is. The soup is flavorful, and all of the ingredients are fresh. The price is not too bad as well. We ordered two big bowls of soup, two appetizers, and one noodle plate for around $80. I love this place, and I hope my family and I come back again very soon.

Excellent service, best Vietnamese food we've had in a long time! They even accommodated my gluten intolerance. The pork chops were amazing, the spring rolls had thick slices of pork. Comfy booths. We really loved it!
