The pizza is good and the owner/manager is nice but the other 2 guys that were working were just staring the whole time, like literally. Even when we stared back at them they didn't look away. They also didn't provide good customer service. The owner/ manager had to keep coming out of the office telling them what to do. Pizza was good though. Salad bar was fresh too

Me and my coworkers love coming here for lunch. Friendly and helpful staff. They have good food and it’s made fresh when you order. Try the hot honey pizza or the BBQ chicken sandwich.

After ordering two pizzas I would like to recommend that whomever is preparing food should wear a hairnet. We found a hair embedded in the cheese of our pizza. Sooooo gross! For what your paying for pizza....come on guys you can do better.
We had amazing experience, this place for pick up only. No really place to sit and enjoy food. But pizza, service was awesome!!! I've never tried so delicious Hawaiian pizza. Thank you guys!!!

My daughter's friend recommended this place, so we tried it out tonight for dinner. Not bad. A little pricey, as others have mentioned, but I think that's EVERYWHERE now. Didn't get to try their pizza this round since we weren't too hungry but will definitely be back to try it. We just ordered wings and salad. Baked wings so they're healthier. The "Hot" flavor is your basic Buffalo. I enjoyed 10 pieces all by myself. ? Front lady was welcoming and super nice. Place with empty and super clean. I think they're pretty new. I know it's a franchise but we should support our local owners and keep these small gems in business. Will be back and definitely recommend it.

I'd love to give this place 5 stars but their pizza is super expensive! $39 for a medium Hawaiian pizza and 5 wings. It's also a little awkward in there. They could use some younger / more peppy people working to liven it up a bit. The pizza and wings were really good and I've had their gluten free pizza before too which was very good too. It's definitely not the most affordable but it is good.

We visited Pizza Factory to try the lunch buffet today. There was pizza, potato wedges, and garlic bread under the heat lamp. There was a salad bar that was being well tended, probably because the containers were not being filled up, but there was food added routinely after folks visited the bar. (Makes for nice fresh ingredients for your salad). On a side note, there was no pre-made/packaged potato or macaroni salad, it was all accoutrements for your green salad. My wife, five-year-old, and I were all happy with both the pizza and salad. The service was good. We were greeted right away. The folks working were friendly. The only issue I can think of at this point is the fact that I paid $14.99 for two buffets and $7.50 for the 5-year-old. The owners say on Yelp the price is $10.99. I'm not complaining, it's just irritating to have contradictory or conflicting information between the store and the web or app. This location is kept clean! It's decorated more on the modern side than most Pizza Factories I've visited. I kind of prefer the more traditional pizza parlour vibe, but I'm getting older and long for nostalgia! So young people would probably much prefer this style. I plan to return; the pizza was really good.
