We have been disappointed twice now from this Pizza Guys. We have ordered from here on 2 separate occasions and we have not received our food either of those times. The first time, they either delivered it to the wrong house or didn't deliver it at all when they said they did when we called. They were also rude about it making me feel like I was the stupid one. We have a camera on our porch so that is proof that they did not show up. This 2nd time we ordered again, and we got an ETA of 30-45 min. We didn't get our order after 2 hours and when we called and they still had not started it, so we asked to cancel and they were pretty rude when I asked for the refund. Very disappointing as this used to be one of our favorite Pizza places. But the new ownership changed the service completely. I am not trying to sound nit picky but for not getting our food twice in a row is not okay and I think the two chances we gave them are enough to stop coming completely if not satisfied.

No joke! Cant make this up!!! I ordered and my order is over 40 minutes late... and my money gone. I called over an hour not having a way to get there and the lady would answer "not taking orders" and hang up. Im out dinner and money they charged!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And now on my day off go there and figure it out!!!

My mom recommended them to me and I was so disappointed. The lowest quality pizza I’ve ever gotten. It also came with a strange smell. We ate it because it was late at night and we didn’t have any other food and I’ve felt super sick all day from it. I’ve never had issues with any other local pizza place. I called to tell them and they didn’t really seem to care. Avoid this place if you don’t want food poisoning. We think it might’ve been the ham that was funky.

This is a run-in & out place. No chairs enough to wait for your order, best to pre-order& pick up!The pizza is great, especially the thin crush, any toppings. The staff is OK, not friendly, not mean just employed.Vegetarian options: Ordering veggie toppings, just ask!

I went to a small gathering and we ordered pizza from the Pizza Guys. The pizza was very tasty and had plenty of toppings and cooked very good. Excellent location and easy parking and the customer service was good. I actually never had their pizza before and I will be back definitely. We ordered the combo, Hawaii pizza, and pepperoni.

I placed an order online and they pushed back my delivery time from the original delivery time. If you're ordering online, I'd avoid it.

The place is okay. But they need to be taught basic hygiene and to not be frugal. The little old Chinese lady did not wash her hands before making our pizza and did not put gloves on either. She then proceeded to put TWO chicken pieces on our EXTRA LARGE pizza. WTH??????

There pizza is good and have a good selection. The problem is you have to double check your order to make sure it is correct that is we're they drop the ball. But I don't mind taking a look before I go. There fire cracker pizza is bomb if you like spicy. A huge plus they have gluten free crust that is very good, my wife is super stoked about that as there pizza is bomb when it's the right order.

My work was nice enough to order a pizza for me and my family. They ordered it at four for delivery between five and six. It arrived at 7:25. It was Friday night and everyone is understaffed so I would have let that go, but the guy didn't knock or ring the doorbell, just put the pizza on our doormat. We wouldn't have known it was there if we didn't get a phone notification from our security camera. Driver was in a really nice gray or beige car with tinted windows. Made me wonder if it was the owner. I am still giving three stars because it was a good pizza after all that
