No wonder they are closed. This is the most disgusting shop in the world. The guy behind the counter looks like he hasn't taken a shower in a month. Also his t-shirt is full of dog or cat hair. He is making my food with all this disgusting look. I took off and did not take my food. I will never step a foot in this place. It is a reflection of the owners that allow for such people working for them. For all I know it is the owner that is behind the counter.This happened just a couple of weeks before they closed.

I decided to try Port of Subs the other day for lunch. The meal was brought to me via a delivery service. I ordered a Chef Salad and a bag of Lays Classic. Unfortunately for me, I was disappointed in the outcome. The Chef Salad included Sliced Pickles, Onions, Tomatoes, Cucumbers, Shredded Iceberg Lettuce, Bacon, and Double Meat. I added some Avocado and two cheeses ... American and Provolone. The salad was dressed with Ranch, Red Wine Vinegar along with Olive Oil.The salad, which would likely have been good was absolutely "overpowered" with Ranch Dressing. There was so much of this dressing, the salad was soupy negating other flavors. To make matters worse, the ranch tasted more like plain mayo.Finally, I was given Sour Cream & Onion versus Classic Lays Potato Chips. Oh well .......... live and learn.

This was my first time at port of subs and I will definitely be coming back. My sandwich was fresh. It was nice to see that the sandwich meat and cheese is cut fresh in front of you. Great ambiance and amazing service!

Was so excited for a Port of Sub because the Reno area stores are great. Picked up four sandwiches today and the bread was stale. We ended up peeling off the bread and eating what little meat, cheese and veggies there were.

My husband and I love this place, but lately we've been noticing that Tuesday orders are always on point and delicious, while the Thursday orders are usually wrong and/or sub par (e.g., today he didn't get the LTO bread for the second time, and my sandwich wasn't what I ordered, but still good). Not sure why that is, but it's a trend. We will continue to order from this location and please bring back the LTO garlic sub roll!
