I asked, and the vegetable ramen is vegan. Stating that on the menu would be helpful. It’s pricey and tastes just ok, but the portion size is great.

Tried the chicken teriyaki plate. Wouldn't recommend it, there was basically no teriyaki flavor at all except for the slightest hint on some pieces and rice was mushy. I was expecting actual teriyaki sauce on the meat like you would see at other places. But got essentially plain grilled chicken.

Health code violation is the reason for the 1 star rating. We left after cashier tried to serve us food that was left at the wrong table. Full story: The cashier began very helpful and knowledgeable about their food. We ordered black garlic ramen, lumping, and a Hawaiian barbecue dinner plate. The family behind us in line had a child sneezing without covering their mouth repeatedly. The mom even told him please cover your mouth. Child continues to wipe nose and sneezing without covering. The servers brought our food to their table in front of there clearly sick child. The father told the cashier it was not their order. They picked up the food walked it straight to my table and proceeded to try to give me food that had been served to another family. I had to refuse the food. The server was shocked that I wouldn't accept food placed in front of sick children more than 1. Server reluctantly said they would refire our meals. I was so stunned, I was afraid they would reserve the same food to us or do something to it. We left immediately, not trusting the staff to provide clean food. We left without getting our money back not worth the fight. Im grossed out. Once food is served to another table it cant be reserved. Health code violation big time.

Ordered Hawaiian and Teriyaki chicken dishes and both were okay. The macaroni salad was a bit bland. Reminded me of the food you would get at the mall food court. We will be going to L&L or Ohana for our Hawaiian food fix in the future. I'm sure other people will love this place, but we weren't impressed. The specialty is probably Ramen and we didn't order that. Really wanted to love it here but it just wasn't our place.

I had the Tonkotsu ramen, and it was absolutely delicious—rich, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The broth had that deep, savory taste you hope for, and every bite hit the spot. The service was fast and efficient, which gave me plenty of time to enjoy my meal and still make it to the movie theater next door without feeling rushed.
Great spot for a quick, tasty bite before a show!

I had dinner at Ramen 101 in Rocklin. I tried the Chicken Ramen and the Shoyu Ramen. The atmosphere was pleasant, and the portions were large. The food was fresh and tasty, but the broth was a bit too salty for me.

Yuck, Yuck! I didn't know the noodles would be so soft. Thought it was gross as I expected something different. My husband's teriyaki chicken dish was scrumptious though.

Great food, nice small atmosphere. Could be spicier, but thats what the chili paste is for. Very tasty all the same, really enjoyed the broth.

The food here is the real business. I got a 2pc spam musubi, and washed it down with a tonkatsu ramen. Add a lilikoi drink and this place is a culinary paradise!
