We had Garlic Ramen and Chicken Ramen. Both bowls tasted great and ingredients seemed fresh and not soggy/overcooked. Both were medium spice and had some nice heat, but if you like spicy definitely opt for a spicier option (we will next time). Portions are good, we’ll definitely return.

The Hawaiian lunch plates here are amazing and will always fill you up and taste delicious, they also as the name suggests have a variety of not just ramen but other Japanese dishes such as kara-age (fried chicken bites) and gyoza (fried potstickers)

I hear Ramen in Japan is considered comfort food and I now see why! I look forward to trying everything on the menu.

Their black garlic tonkotsu ramen is very good. I tried the Unagi over rice but it wasn't that good. The eel was mushy and the sauce probably had a gallon of sugar... too darn sweet. While the rice is perfect, I won't recommend it. They have Hawaiian BBQ menu items as well. I will try those next time. I previously tried the squid, but that too is too sticky sweet. If you are diabetic, avoid the sweet sauce they are using or your blood sugar will spike like crazy.?

Disappointing Experience at Restaurant Ramen 101I recently visited Restaurant Ramen 101 and unfortunately had an extremely disappointing experience. Despite my initial excitement to try their renowned ramen dishes, my visit left me dissatisfied on multiple fronts.First and foremost, the orders my party and I placed were incomplete. The main ingredient, meat, was conspicuously missing from our bowls of ramen. This oversight significantly diminished the quality of our meals and left us feeling unsatisfied. What compounded the disappointment was the response, or rather lack thereof, from the restaurant manager. When we brought the issue to their attention, they were far from accommodating in addressing our inconvenience. Their indifference to our concerns left a sour taste in our mouths, and it felt like they didn't value our patronage. In any dining establishment, customer satisfaction should be a top priority. Mistakes can happen, but it's how they are rectified that truly matters. Sadly, Restaurant Ramen 101 fell short in this regard.I hope that Ramen 101 takes this feedback constructively and works towards improving their service and ensuring that such lapses in quality and customer service are not repeated. Dining out is not just about the food; it's about the overall experience, and, unfortunately, my experience at Restaurant Ramen 101 was far from satisfactory.

Strictly rating the Takoyaki. It is terrible. Served cold. Don’t even know if it’s fresh seems like a frozen microwaveable one. The ramen I am sure is good but definitely don’t recommend the

I tried Vegetarian Tempura and vegetarian ramen. Tempura was really amazing and the serving quantity was huge. Vegetarian ramen was ok ok, it could have been more better but still it was good. Service is great.
