Food was good, not great. Complaints are with the service. There were only 4 other tables seated when we got there, and server got us our water and drinks. She came back a few minutes later and took our food order and it was all downhill from there. We a few more people came in, I think about 3 groups, and the table that was seated after we ordered got their dinners served before we got our appetizer. After that our waitress came back around, saw we had no food, and said, "You've been here a while haven't you?" Well obviously we had, but one way or another our food order didn't get made. Once that was corrected, our server never came back to the table again, but she continued to work other tables and behind counter. After we had both finished our appetizer and meals, we waited about 5 minutes before flagging someone down to get a to go box and check. 5 minutes later I went to the counter and requested a to go box and check. They were obviously short staffed and under trained at the same time, but it was still terrible service. It made sense after leaving that on a Friday night they had very few people eating there. I do no recommend.

I’ve started eating Thai food in the 1980’s in San Francisco, home of delicious cuisine . The entrees @ Sila are authentic & tasty with a sophisticated menu selection . Atmosphere is elegantly beautiful but casual and relaxed . Staff wonderful and attentive . Will be my new go-to for Thai

Amazing yellow curry and the basil fried rice is amazing but beef was tough and the fried noodle dish was really gummy and starchy. Do they eat like that at home! I’m thinking washed cooked noodles have to be added last to not be such a glommy mess but the taste was good! Thai tea was

This is the 3rd time that I have gone to the restaurant. I was once again disappointed with the meal. I ordered the Spicy Eggplant.MENU: Eggplant, basil, and bell peppers, sauteed with black bean in chili garlic sauce with your choice of protein.I specifically asked them to omit the green peppers and use the red peppers and onions; Also, asked them to have the tofu crispy. When I came home, I found that the red peppers and onions are not anywhere close to being sauteed -- very crispy I ended up cooking them on low heat to not have them crunchy. The tofu was not even close to being crispy.

As I was entering this place, a lady outside stopped me to let me know this was the best Thai food she had ever had. So there's another +1 in addition to my review here:The restaurant had a steady flow of customers, dining in and picking up; even with the steady flow of customers the interior of the restaurant remained quiet, soft instrumental music playing delicately in the back ground. Now while I wouldn't say it is the best that I've had, it was still REALLY good. All the food is very reasonably priced, every menu item is well worth what they are priced at.The pork in the Moo Yang was very tender, fell off the bone easily, little juicy, but still juicyThe Moo Yang housemade sauce was delicious. Very reminiscent of a sweet chili/salsa hard to describe but very flavorful Yellow curry flavor was -timid(?)- it was there, it was a good flavor, but I didn't feel like I tasted the curry flavor as much in each bite as I expected, Appetizers, I wasn't really impressed with - the peanut sauce that comes on the chicken satay was easily the best part - a very well done sauce; the sample platter was still good - I don't regret the purchase, but wouldn't order it again; good if you can't decide on which appetizer you want or want to sample multiple.Worth the stop, would definitely eat here again.

Let me start with the cleanliness of this restaurant. It's too notch. From the floors, to the tables to the silverware. You can tell they take pride in their restaurant. This is my 3rd time eating here but my first time reviewing. Service is always fast. Always! I even did takeout here and it was fast then as well. Waiters are always nice and willing to answer all your questions. My favorite here is the red curry but this time I tried the pad Thai. You can order your meal at a spice level between 1-5. I went 4 with my pad Thai and it was delicious. They spiciness didn't take over the actual flavor which can happen sometimes. The gyoza was good to me but my husband says he would have preferred it was deep fried lol Husband ordered the chicken fried rice and that was so good too. I ate some of his as well lol Price point is really good especially for the quality of Thai you're getting. I will def always keep coming back.
