Sizzle Mongolian BBQ

The manager was screaming from the moment I entered the restaurant, and he never even lifted a finger to help the employees he was screaming at. Giving away free drinks left and right to customers only to turn around and verbally berate the poor waitresses and even touched her without consent! The food was delicious but after seeing how the workers are treated I will NOT be coming back here again.

Very good and very clean. The only thing I would ding them on is not having an all you can eat option. Surely there is some price at which that is worth their while and I'd probably be happy to pay it. I generally like to have a couple of less filled bowls with some variants and not have to pack the meat down. That said it's not like one bowl with soup and spring rolls isn't enough, but then I have to pack the meat down and it's impossible to get enough spinach. They were short staffed when we were there today and the owner (very nice guy) told us we could get a second bowl, so I almost feel bad mentioning it :)

The manager/owner or whoever he is made the dining experience unbearable. He was shouting and yelling and demoralizing his employees. We came in with someone who was disabled and moved them to a table before we started. He yelled at us for not waiting to be seated, in front of everyone. The food isn't worth the noise pollution from this man.

First time visit, very efficient and clean set up. Good value during this time of inflation. Better service than other places which bring you your food and nothing else. The egg flower soup was too sweet for me possibly because of the carrot/corn in it so I'd recommend the hot and sour soup. Will definitely come back -- also the staff was friendly too my kid so kid friendly too which is a plus.
