I ordered A white chocolate Frappuccino easy on the ice and no whip whipped cream. Every day I come it’s a different price. But today was very unusual. They made the wrong consistency of it and it was a cream white chocolate and she just added something to it and wanted me to except it. Instead of remaking it. What’s up?

They refused to fill up my daughters water bottle with tap water unless we bought something. I literally had a Starbucks with me from earlier and just wanted some water for my daughter... that is an insane policy to have. I have never had this issue at any other starbucks.

Worst experience of my life at a Starbucks! Met my whole family there - I go to Starbucks 4-5 times per week! They wouldn’t let me use the bathroom or even have a water (I had meds I had to take. My family had already ordered for me). Once I explained then they gave me a water but then my drink was cold and they laughed when I asked if there was a way to warm it up. Worst experience ever and as a business owner myself I am embarrassed for you guys.

The policy that I have to buy something before sitting down is absurd, and I don't plan on coming to Starbucks again and will tell my friends not to come anymore too. People come to Starbucks for extended time and should be allowed to purchase when they actually want to.

Today, for the first time, I walked in. They have a new policy if you sitting inside, you have to buy a coffee before you sit.

Very annoying. I'm usually here studying for hours. I don't need a coffee when I first sit down.

I always buy a coffee eventually anyway, in my past vistis. I think , If you have that policy. If you don't buy a coffee in an hr. Then yea, you should buy a coffee. Not when u first walk in. Just annoying

Update your times. I ordered at 4:35 am on the mobile app. Order went through, got to the drive through and no one answered. I waited for about 3 minutes until I pulled forward. There were 2 employees who both looked right at me and ignored me. So I called the store. A woman picked up and I said I put in a mobile order and just watched you both look at me and walk away. She said we’re not open I’m not sure how it let you place a mobile order. I can send it to a different store. I don’t have time to go all the way to different store hence the reason I chose this one close to my job. No refund right now. I have to come back I was told. Update your app and what it says online Starbucks because both say they open at 4:30 and start accepting orders.

Okay first off, I know this is not just a this location issue. These drinks are way too damn expensive. I only went because I was given a gift card. If a coffee is gonna cost 6 dollars, there better be some good service that comes with it. This location does not provide that. I often wait more than 15 minutes in the drive thru. The employees aren't very nice with the exception of one or two, and take way too long. I have had them forget multiple things in my order before. People. Stop going to Starbucks. It's way overpriced.
