today stopped by for coffee. ordered extra hot venti and grande caramel macchiato. neither were extra hot and both were filled 3/4 full. what gives. $12 for 3/4 of a cup of coffee. won't be back

There are two girls here who always make my drink so that it’s the best coffee in the world, some staff who do it decently (at the level you’d expect) and then there are constantly new staff who make my drink and it’s pretty gross. I love this store because it’s close to my job for my breaks but it’s a gamble

I ordered caramel latte and it only tasted like hot milk.
I placed a mobile order. I arrived and they told me I ordered at a different store. I showed them my mobile order and they agreed that it was this store but they gave it to a prior customer. Fine but then make me a replacement right away. Instead the gal took two more walk-in orders and the drive through guy was restocking stuff. I was late for an appointment so I could not wait any longer. Will not stop here again!

To convey this as lightly as possible, the culture at this particular Starbucks seems to be lacking Joy & a place of NON openness towards customers. The price of some of the drinks are outrageous & if you don't tip. There is an immediate attitude of ingratitude. Unfortunately this establishment lacks "professionalism".
