I visit this Starbucks near my workplace almost every day and usually order the same drink. Most of the team is friendly, professional, and gets my order right every time — and I really appreciate their consistency and kindness.

However, I’ve had repeated negative experiences with one employee, Brittany. She often messes up my order, even when I explain it clearly. More troubling, her demeanor toward me feels off — I consistently get uncomfortable looks that seem dismissive or even racially biased. I can’t say for sure what her intentions are, but the pattern has made me feel unwelcome and singled out.

This is disappointing, especially given how great the rest of the team is. I hope this feedback encourages management to look into this and ensure a respectful, inclusive experience for every customer.

This location has been extremely busy ever since it opened. Every barista I've encountered has been so sweet, friendly, and always treat people with kindness. I know it's just a Starbucks but baristas and other team members can make a huge difference!!!

Just got a latte here, but it’s not worth it at all. It’s a pretty basic latte for a $6.50 total price.
The employee should have disclosed the prices before offering decaf options & charging me 6.50 for a ridicules latte.

I just wanted a simple decaf coffee, and I said I would add a little milk into it. But she rushed me to choose a latte and according to her every option could be decaf that I never heard in other Starbucks.

Rushing a customer to choose something that he didn’t know the price, coz busy lines are made at rush hours, and prices on menus aren’t easy to read at a glance for everyone, is not fair to any customer.

I hate giving these kind of reviews. The secret is out, the friendliest staff. Quality drinks, and food. Good place to hangout and pass the time away. The white ambiance gives it a feeling of openness and clean. It is very clean, I've seen them clean a lot. Now for the problem the parking is just weird. Looks like they put a big drain in the middle of the drive thru. So unless you park on the street you'll have a few more steps to get in.
