Not going here anymore, I was told to come closer to my pickup time for my mobile order...and I was at the drive-thru speaker 1 minute before the time it was telling me, also, they can't make a drink right to save their lives. But they are usually nice, that's the only saving grace of this location.

Ok to start I live in monterey county, here for a work trip. The date was December 3rd around 9:30 am. Went into starbucks to grab a drink, and was greeted by the ENTIRE staff. When I say that was the best experience I have ever had in a starbucks. Denis, Madison, and Kiannah complimented my outfit and that made my morning, just the care and curiosity about my day Denis expressed really made my experience better. Madison and Kiannah were so bubbly and it really showed the staff here was working as a TEAM. Im a manager in retail, and this is exactly what work environments should be like. They made a thought pop up in my mind about moving there and being friends with these ladies! Great job to this location!!! Delicious coffee was made as well ;)

stopped by here on my roadtrip and had to stop by this location specifically again on the way back because they were so nice & they made DELICIOUS drinks. i always thought that starbucks drinks were eh, they got the job done but werent amazing, but the baristas here know what theyre doing. the banana cream protein matcha was the best matcha ive had in a minute. the inside of the store was also really spacious, clean, n vibey.

I visit this Starbucks near my workplace almost every day and usually order the same drink. Most of the team is friendly, professional, and gets my order right every time — and I really appreciate their consistency and kindness.
However, I’ve had repeated negative experiences with one employee, Brittany. She often messes up my order, even when I explain it clearly. More troubling, her demeanor toward me feels off — I consistently get uncomfortable looks that seem dismissive or even racially biased. I can’t say for sure what her intentions are, but the pattern has made me feel unwelcome and singled out.
This is disappointing, especially given how great the rest of the team is. I hope this feedback encourages management to look into this and ensure a respectful, inclusive experience for every customer.

This location has been extremely busy ever since it opened. Every barista I've encountered has been so sweet, friendly, and always treat people with kindness. I know it's just a Starbucks but baristas and other team members can make a huge difference!!!
