As a parent of a kiddo with food allergies, finding places that provide safe experiences with minimal risk is huge for me. I felt 100% confident that the risk of cross contamination was very little today when I got my daughter a steamed apple juice. The ladies working had celiacs and another allergy, and went out of their way to take the extra steps to sanitize and have fresh jugs for my daughter. Thank you all for allowing her to have the opportunity to feel normal and have a Starbucks with mommy.

Best starbucks in rocklin without a doubt!!! All the employees are so sweet and welcoming! I've never had an issue with this starbucks.

This Starbucks constantly disappoints, I had the worst experience with Kim in the drive thru yesterday. I asked for my drink to be made a certain way (the way I like it) I even offered to pay extra, she said they had no way to ring in the extra charge and therefore could not add what I wanted. It is shocking to me that her attitude switched when I questioned this, she ripped my drink out of my hand when I asked it to be fixed and her tone went completely rude. She clearly needs more training with customer service. Also, if I am paying almost $6 for a drink and offering to pay extra for the only way I like it, I think it is crazy to tell the customer no, you can't. It is literally your job. Steer clear of Kim, nothing worse than an aggressive and rude employee.

This is a new neighborhood Starbucks that is so nice to have given it's close proximity to the Johnson springview park. The baristas are always so quick to welcome you through the drive through or at the counter when inside. They are super welcoming to my kids and are consistently making the few holidays they have been around for as a newer location very festive. I have never waited long in their drive through and they are always prepared with your drink as soon as you come up the window. While it is not necessary, they do from time to time out stickers on the top of your drink lids thanking you for your order or some sweet inspirational quote. I appreciate as well how they widen the drive through after I'm sure multiple people came forward expressing issues with it's accessibility for larger cars and the worry about not having enough room to complete a three point turn due to traffic in front of you or behind you. Hope they continue to prosper and stay around!

My experience today with Jenny and her team at Starbucks couldn't have been more perfectly timed. It had truly been a rough week; as a single mom of two, business owner, and homeowner too often I feel like I'm constantly getting beat up no matter how hard I work. This morning I decided to treat myself to Starbucks for "self care". When I arrived, I attempted to redeem the BOGO offer I had in the app but it wouldn't work. The Starbucks team tried everything on their end but said it appeared to have expired or been redeemed. They were very apologetic even though the issue was likely my son used the code previously. Since I couldn't use it, I removed the extra drink from my order and paid without the code. However I guess they had already started making the other so gave me the second drink anyway. When I say I nearly cried.... Not simply for the special drink but for the genuine kindness from Jenny and her team. In fact, every time I've come to this location, it warms my heart the way they are intentional about saying "welcome" and "good bye" as people are coming and going. Such excellent and inspiring energy to go with your cup of coffee.

The morning staff is super sweet. I go a few times a week on my way to work. They always have a great attitude and are usually very fast for their drive-through.

Nicest staff in the world. They remember me by name because I have a slight caffeine addiction (LOL), but their service is unmatched and unrivaled. Some of them even remember the drink I get every time and it’s surprising every single time. Even if your interactions are small (drive-thru), you’ll remember every one of them. Love them!!!

Love to location of those Starbucks! It's so convenient. It's always cleans and I love outside patio. The customer service is always excellent, but Linnea is the best!

Awful experience! For being a new store you'd think they would have their s*** together. Nope. The employees are on their phones while making drinks and around food. There is a barista that never has his hair up. Which is definitely a food safety hazard. F****** disgusting. I've never been more disappointed in a Starbucks. Every. Single. Time. My drink is made wrong without fail. Starbucks can you not train your baristas? Or is it because they are to busy on their phones. The store manager should cycle new people in SMH‍ Can these stores not fire people??

So, this has become my favorite Starbucks. That is hard to say because there are like 758 within 5 minutes of my house (slight exaggeration). There are Starbucks nearby that have great service with super friendly people. They even remember my name! (This happens to me at more than one Starbucks... Yes I have a problem) And Starbucks is very good at having consistent quality, so the food and coffee is always great. But, this Starbucks is unique because it is quiet! The acoustic ceiling tiles and raised wooden floor dampen the noise. Most Starbucks echo and it is often hard to have a conversation. But this one is quiet. Maybe I'm old now, but quiet is nice.
