I go to this starbucks often but this morning megan took my order in the drive thru and even made an effort to have a short conversation with me which is rare at most starbucks locations and i wanted to acknowledge the kindness and effort she put that early in the morning !

Incompetence might be too nice for this location. Will just let people wait for their drink without calling out their name. Guess you can’t expect that much for an overpriced drink and incompetence workers.

This Starbucks baristas are consistently rude. I completely get having a bad day and also having to deal with rushes of customers being overwhelming, but when they mess up on orders-(which again totally happens) there is no attempt to remedy the situation time and time again. I have wthat I try to do as a mobile: caramel macchiato with no customizations and breakfast sandwich without egg. Placed at 9:53 came in at 10:17 to pickup. Saw my drink and not my food out so waited a minute or so and then tried to get a baristas attention (as they refuse to make eye contact or acknowledge your existence at this location when standing by a register) by saying excuse me. Explained that I ordered a sandwich and before I could even finish my sentence the barista cuts me off and goes "it's probably being made" to which I said "that's fine I just placed this about fifteen minutes ago and just wanted to check thanks." Another barista overhearing the conversation rushes over looks at my mobile receipt and goes to make it in the back. Try to say excuse me again to let her know I can't have egg on the sandwich and wave while the first barista that didn't give me the time of day just stares at me, walks to the back and I'm sure says something pleasant about me without knowing what I was trying to get help with to the barista making the sandwich. Sandwich is brought out to me and I just ask for a refund after saying I can't have egg and was trying to tell her and clearly I'm a bother here to the staff. She goes "that's fine I'll remake it." Comes back with sandwich and I can't even grab it fast enough before the two baristas start talking and looking my direction as I was walking out. Again.... I get mistakes.... No apologies are even needed 99% of the time. I get being busy but being that rude, maybe food service is not your niche and you should re consider if you are put out answering basic questions about items people paid for?

This Starbucks literally closes early all the time...stay open until 7 like the app and your window says...

Coffee tastes like watered-down hot chocolate, it's gross. I wish they would stop pushing out local cafes so we can get good coffee again.
I love the starbucks, the drive-thru is never too busy and the workers are always super friendly. I get a super difficult drink and they have been awesome and help me order the drink the way I like it.

just cus i an addicted to coffee, doesnt mean i want it to taste like CIGARETTES!! ill be honest, 2/5 times the coffee tastes like coffee. extremely inconsistent. and its not just this location , i speak for all starbucks. the baristas are nice here and do their best which is decent.

It's pretty heart breaking to see such a nice place be so nasty. I'm not certain if it was staff apathy or just the sad state of people these days. The drink I ordered was as expected from a Starbucks. The staff was pleasant when ordering. The main lobby was nice.

I stopped by here recently, they got my drink out quick! The best oat shaken expresso ive had from any starbucks. Employees super nice! Highly reccomend :)
