The female barista who took my order inside was friendly and polite. After receiving my brewed coffee in a paper cup I sat inside to enjoy the beverage. When I was ready to leave I returned to the counter to get a refill and a male barista said he was not allowed to do it because my cup was not completely empty so he declined my request

Worst location ever, starbucks increased their prices but they couldn’t improve their service. Mango dragon fruit was tasteless and even wasn’t mixed right. The cup was’t full as well and I don’t know why??!! did you guys charged me a half or a full price for it !!?? No apology from the girl behind the cashier when I complained, I don’t know if the starbucks employees and management believe they are giving out drinks for free or even they might think they’re paying for them from their own pockets so they can give customers such unfriendly attitude and low level service 👎👎👎

Absolutely shocked by the poor service and unprofessional behavior at this Starbucks (Stanford Ranch & Park). I’m part of a local workout group that meets for coffee at various Starbucks in Rocklin, and this location is by far the worst in terms of staff and management.
On February 12 around 6:30 AM, a manager approached our group—grown adults in our 40s and 50s—claiming we were too loud and in violation of their noise policy. Ironically, the store’s own loud music made it hard to even hear her. We were having a normal, respectful conversation with no inappropriate language or behavior. It was shocking to be warned and told we might be asked to leave if it happened again.
We politely asked for the manager and regional manager’s contact information to discuss the situation further, but this entire experience felt unnecessary and unprofessional. This is a beautiful store in a great location, but the staff and management need serious retraining on customer service and how to appropriately address situations. A coffee shop should be a welcoming space, not one where customers are made to feel unwelcome for simply having a conversation.
I would recommend visiting or patronizing a different location until the entire staff and management at this store have been replaced.

This location has rude staff. My sister, who has bad anxiety, was made fun of and laughed at when she was nothing but polite. They made fun of her name and even the black apron manager laughed at her. I won’t come here again.

Unlike some smaller cafes where space can be a constraint, this location provides ample room to spread out and get comfortable. The spacious layout ensures that you won't feel cramped or confined while working, allowing you to focus on your tasks with ease. However, the employees often blast the music here and can be loud at times.

This is easily my favorite Starbucks in the area. I’ll drive out of my way to come here. The drive thru is remarkably fast and the workers are very friendly. The drinks taste the same every time (which I don’t experience at other locations).. it’s always delicious.
