This is easily my favorite Starbucks in the area. I’ll drive out of my way to come here. The drive thru is remarkably fast and the workers are very friendly. The drinks taste the same every time (which I don’t experience at other locations).. it’s always delicious.

I ordered two drinks from the drive-thru and both of them were so far off the mark I was actually surprised. Pumpkin Spice Creme frappe with caramel drizzle to pumpkin latte, pumpkin cream chai latte to a plain chai tea. Got charged the wrong price, too. Someone save the girls who work there!

The worst starbucks i've ever been to. drinks are consistently watered down and the customer service is absolutely atrocious. wait time is bad and people drive crazy in the parking lot. i've been actively warning people to not go to this location because it's the worst one in placer and sacramento county.

Came to get "strawberry acai" and "mango dragonfruit" refreshers without ice and baristas made it so watery, it wasn't that tasteful and didn't tasted as sweet as it should be. It was during the morning shift.

It was around 2pm on a hot day and I was on my way to work ( I work in the same parking lot) and the lady who helped me was such a sweetheart and I had a smile thru the whole order , She was so nice . I love this Starbucks , it’s so friendly and FAST. It was under 1 1/2 Minutes , i had to pull around again just to get the girls name and her Name is Rowan , She was such a sweetheart , Thank you for making my day!!<3

The staff here is super friendly and service is great! My only complaint is that recently they've started asking your name when you come through the drive through! I get that you need it inside when there are a lot of people waiting so you know when your order is ready, but an invisible stranger asking who I am over a speaker feels super creepy and invasive! I don't think this is a corporate decision because I haven't experienced it at other Starbucks, so I hope the manager here stops making them do it soon. As a single woman, giving out your name this way is just really uncomfortable!

This review is for those who want to use the Wifi. I planned to use my laptop to work when my car was services nearby. The wifi connection is horrible. Coffee was fine. People were nice. But it you want the wifi to work, go somewhere else.
