While I love Starbucks, this location seems to be the most problematic for me. Things that should be simple—adding Stevia and cinnamon to a latte—get missed. Wrong drinks are made. Ordering ahead through the app can take longer than ordering in person. They seem to be frequently understaffed or work excessively slow at time.
I absolutely love this store. They’re so sweet in there! They know me my name! And they’re just overall so sweet and cheerful. Not to mention if something is wrong with your drink or you want it fixed Somehow….they do it with a smile and they don’t make you feel bad about it.!!

I travel full time and u am always impressed by the quality of service given by starbucks employees.
I am treated like I live in the neighborhood no matter where I go.
Enzo at this location is a perfect example. He remembered me, my drink, the story I told about my day yesterday, and asked me how it turned out.
That kind of service can not be beat!!
Please congratulate him for his welcoming spirit.
