DO NOT go inside this store to order coffee. It is a drive through only establishment.I went in, thinking that I could order and get coffee in a reasonable time and my order was pushed down for over 10 minutes. I had to ask the cashier when it would be ready, and she went to her ipad and had to move it up the queue to even get it printed.This was after ten minutes of waiting.Awful.

Very slow service here - it is fine if you are not in a hurry, but if there is a backup in the drive through and you have somewhere to be I’d skip it.

This Starbucks is heavy on “Barista Attitude”. Just started coming here two weeks ago, and I am not impressed. I’ve was given the “Eye Roll” by one of the ladies. Not cool.

It's a really nice Starbucks however, I went in at 2:30pm on a Tuesday. There were only a handful of people inside and no line. It took 5 minutes for someone to even acknowledge me. Then, I ordered a short Carmel Macchiato with oat milk, should be $5.45 according to my app, but the cashier, who acted like he hated his job, charged me $5.85. I didn't realize until after but I wasn't going to make a fuss over .40 cents. The red haired employee was nice though. Friendly and asked me right away if I had gotten help. This was way after I had placed my order and was just waiting for my drink.

Be ready to wait a long time and then ready to get back in line to wait again, because you'll have to get your drink remade. Worst part is the attitude they flash when you ask for a drink to be corrected no matter how polite your request is. Might be a combination of lack of staff and poor training, but definitely not worth even gas station coffee prices. Thank goodness there are so many locations to select from in the area as this one is not up to par in the least.

The coffee was very good!!! And the service I got was ok. I did like that they new I was there. But I should not wait 17 min to get my drinks. And it was slow enough to make them pretty fast. I would just pay more attention to the customer.

Probably the worst service I have ever had. Most of the workers are really kind, but a few are very snarky?Service is super slow and my order has been messed up almost every time I have come in.There are middle schoolers everywhere who don't know how to conduct themselves.Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly at all. They are probably pretty sick and tired of them.

Across the street from a high school so good luck getting anything on time. The lobby is FULL of students, sitting in every chair, and spread out across the floor and walkways. Its ridiculous! If you are a working person DO NOT go to this location before 0845, you WILL be late for work. The employees must be overworked there as well because I've yet to meet a decent person behind the counter. I started making a longer drive to another location just to avoid this one (which is walking distance from my house).

My gift card failed to load when it was purchased for me, and the Starbucks App wasn't loading my info. It was 50% off any cold drunk after noon, but because the App wasn't working, I couldn't get the deal. However, the manager came over and used her info, and we got the deal! Thank you!

This is a very busy Starbucks. The quality of products and services is about typical for Starbucks. Wait time for online orders varies from 8 to 15 minutes in my experience, so a little forward planning makes for a seamless experience.

I came and order a venti ice coffee with white Mocha. First off when I got to the speaker there was no greet for like a minute very bad service. And when they came on they even told me to wait for a little more bit. I had order my drink exactly like how I order it. Came to the window and they were just chatting with a drive thru person I thought that the drive thru person might be waiting for another drink but nope she was just chatting with the employees especially thru the drive very inappropriate. When i pull up to the window they hand my drink in a small cup and looks like there is not white mocha in there. I told the lady on the drive thru that the drink was made wrong she took it back to fix and seem like that just put the same drink into a different cup. Brought it back to me I taste it I was like I don't think this is white mocha she say it is. So I didn't want to make an argument so I just drove off. Now I live about 35 minute away and was really tired I order 3 shots with 2 pump of white mocha. After I fi ish the drink I was having allergic reaction and the shots was really diluted It was not helping me with my drive home. I was fallen asleep and spitting alot. When I got home my stomach started to hurt a lot. Now this is something that needs to be fix I have never experience a Starbuck like this before and who ever made that drink shouldn't even be working in a food place.please fix this problem I dont want to go through this again.
