Went through the drive through in the morning and they messed up my caramel macchiato. The girl at the window was saying make it like a latte. I’m assuming the one asking was a new barista. Needless to say the coffee was gross and watered down could even drink it. Waste of $7.50. Of course it was on my way to work so I couldn’t go complain to have them remake it. Later my office ordered coffee from here and they messed up 2 out of 4 drinks! How? Instead of a trenta we got a tall. Some drink we didn’t order. I won’t go back. Worst location you’ll waste your hard earned kk eh.

Coffee always comes out good and the baristas here are super nice. Especially the women working today, always happy to get coffee when she's there. Very patient and friendly.

Came in at 6:50 when they closed at 7, and was told everything was already cleaned up and they couldn’t make any drinks. Why stay open until 7, if you’re not actually going to be open until 7? Frustrating.

Walked in at 5:45 pm yesterday. The only employee saw us, said "sorry we are closed" and ran away. She would even answer our questions.Stores of course have a right to close when they want to, but why tell people you are going to close at 7 pm when you really close at 5ish pm?
First time I went a lady was on her cell phone and put her finger up to me telling me to hold on...and then I decide to try it one more time and my cold foam cold brew WAS not what I got! I was so upset and there were a ton of people behind me so I didn’t complain. I wouldn’t want her to get in her cell phone and make me wait.
