Came in at 6:50 when they closed at 7, and was told everything was already cleaned up and they couldn’t make any drinks. Why stay open until 7, if you’re not actually going to be open until 7? Frustrating.

Walked in at 5:45 pm yesterday. The only employee saw us, said "sorry we are closed" and ran away. She would even answer our questions.Stores of course have a right to close when they want to, but why tell people you are going to close at 7 pm when you really close at 5ish pm?

$2.95 tall Americano is over priced but we pay the price for the experience and this is what I got from the rude teenager who was working there. I asked no room; but it was almost 1/3 empty. When I asked to be filled up, I've received a dose of teenage attitudes and overly filled up wet cup!

I came here for the first time with my sister we met up to have coffee it was really nice that they allow indoor seating now and they still have everything in effect with COVID-19 very clean establishment very clean atmosphere very delicious drinks my drink came out exactly how I ordered it tasted exactly how I wanted it to very clean restrooms very clean parking lots very clean establishment very friendly staff I am really happy that this establishment is open for the public to be able to dine in and enjoy their experience really happy to see that they are doing this it makes it that much better of a Better dining experience this establishment doesn't just have coffee they also have refreshers ice tea chai lattes and much more they even have drinks for kids and they have a lot of Delicious food items to choose from including croissants pumpkin bread banana bread and much much more this establishment is really nice and really comfortable very nice I had a very great experience here today and wanted to share with others who haven't tried the Starbucks I will definitely encourage you to definitely try this one it is very nice very comfortable very great experience I highly recommend a Starbucks for anybody who is a coffee love her like myself LOL very nice experience very great establishment I will definitely be coming back here again very soon I'm working at your visit and more Grace Grace is cub thank you Starbucks in Rocklin office Sunset Boulevard I appreciate everything you guys do thank you again

Worst Starbucks service I've seen thus far. Drive thru. I couldn't hear her. She forgot I was there after helping someone else. Forgot to check on the sandwich I ordered before helping someone else while I patiently waited to silence thinking she's finding a sandwich way in the back somewhere since it's taking so long. Out of all sandwiches. Forgot to add 4 items to my order (ordered 9 items, including 3 cake pops). When ordering cake pops "Do I have to take it out of the packaging or can I just give it to you in the box?" "I didn't know it comes 'in a box, I've never seen that before.'" I can understand cutting corners and forgetting items if they were swamped, but, they are not. I could not hear a word she said when she read my order back to me. Good thing I noticed all the missing items. I'm sure there's another drive thru a block away - go there instead. Edited to add: just noticed my pumpkin loaf looks as though it has some issues as well.

I have been at this Starbucks a few times and it's getting better. The staff changed and they are quicker at rolling out the beverages. On this occupancies we were greeted with conversation and a smile. We will be back for sure!
First time I went a lady was on her cell phone and put her finger up to me telling me to hold on...and then I decide to try it one more time and my cold foam cold brew WAS not what I got! I was so upset and there were a ton of people behind me so I didn’t complain. I wouldn’t want her to get in her cell phone and make me wait.
