Stopped to get some caffeine on the way to a seminar. Place was not crowded for a Saturday morning until a sorority came in.

Worst location I’ve been to. I do my best to be reasonable when a store is busy, but 20 minutes in the drive thru for two shots of espresso and a bit of milk is absurd. They also got the drink incorrect. Disappointing

visited this Starbucks on Veterans Day with a group of four, and it ended up being one of the best Starbucks experiences I’ve ever had. Starbucks was offering free coffee for veterans and active-duty military, so we stopped by to grab our caffeine and take advantage of the promotion — but what really stood out wasn’t the coffee, it was the service.
We were greeted by a woman named Tami, and she was incredible. She wasn’t just polite — she genuinely took the time to talk with each of us. She asked how long we’ve been in the military, what we do, whether we enjoy it, and if we plan on making a career out of it. She even shared stories about her son. It wasn’t the typical quick, automated Starbucks exchange — it felt real, warm, and sincere.
Tami even stepped out from behind the counter to continue the conversation, and that level of kindness and connection left a lasting impression on all of us. Her attitude, work ethic, and people skills are outstanding, and I’m truly grateful for the way she treated us. Experiences like that mean a lot, especially on Veterans Day.
Highly recommend this location — and huge appreciation to Tami for making our visit so memorable.

I'm angry. About 2wks ago a young girl working there spent her time, while it was extremely busy, complaining about a coworker to mgmt (who was busy helping customers). I could hear everything she said. She should be fired. She was doing nothing to help with the store rush. Only complain, and rather loudly. I said something about taking it in the backroom...it was unprofessional. She was pathetic. I hope you fire her, because I'll never come in this store ever again because of her.

I go to this Starbucks alll the time and it can be so hit or miss. I will say that the employees are always kind, but my guess is that maybe some of the newer staff don’t have an eye for product quality. Unfortunately, I do find that my drinks and food tend to be hit or miss recently. I just got a tall Pike, grilled cheese, and chocolate croissant and they were all warm. As someone who’s worked at a Starbucks, that tells me they haven’t brewed coffee in 2-3 hours, the carafes keep it pretty hot. They also decided that I didn’t need a choc croissant that was actually heated through. If I have to go home to finish heating something up, I don’t know why I’m paying for it at the coffee shop.

I go to this Starbucks all the time have no issues everyone is nice and I always tip….. but today 10/6/2025 this older woman working the drive through is beyond rude to me for no reason. I get to the window pay and she hands me my drink doesn’t say anything. Which is fine okay idc but I ask for a straw and she closes the window in my face. Like okay I’m not about to go in and ask for a straw I’m in my car. So I resort to going to the gas station next door to grab one. I get my straw mix up my drink and I take a sip and it’s so gross and chunky. I don’t wanna ask for a remake bc it’s never that serious. Just wanna know what I did to this woman to treat me so badly.

Hi, I’m her son. I went in, orders my things with my mom, and my mom got her drink wrong. She asked them to remake it, and they did then came over personally and it. We hit up a conversation and she was very nice and helpful. Her name was Tami, and if she sees this, tell her she was super nice. -Remy

The place had a really calm and nice atmosphere, not crowded at all. You could easily work on your laptop, the conversations were quiet, soft music was playing in the background, and the temperature was just right.

Always add 15-20 minutes to your mobile order. They never have the drinks ready on time.

I recently visited the Starbucks in Roseville, and it was a great experience. The ambiance was cozy and inviting, with comfortable seating and a pleasant atmosphere that made it a perfect spot to relax or get some work done. The staff were friendly and efficient, taking my order with a smile and ensuring it was prepared just the way I liked it.
The menu offered a wide variety of drinks and snacks, catering to different tastes and dietary preferences. I tried their seasonal latte, and it was delicious—rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. The pastries were fresh and tasty, making for a delightful treat alongside my coffee.
One thing I particularly appreciated was the cleanliness of the store. The tables and counters were spotless, and the restrooms were well-maintained. The Wi-Fi connection was strong, which was a bonus for getting some work done while enjoying my drink.
Overall, my visit to Starbucks in Roseville was excellent. The combination of great service, delicious offerings, and a welcoming environment makes it a go-to spot for coffee lovers. I highly recommend it!

After after wasting another 2 days upset embarrassed I've decided to write a review in hopes to release this issue. I moved here recently, I have not been happy with it but because of the convenience I give it another chance every time I go. Even when there's two cars ahead of you I have waited up to usually 10-15 minutes. With this incident I waited 20 minutes there were two cars ahead of me. Then the crowd happened behind me. I finally get up to the window and my coffee tasted like water and burnt coffee grinds little to no milk it was horrible. Having to get where I needed to go before being late I couldn't go back immediately and definitely not wait in that line that had more than two cars. Being completely busy and behind in my schedule. I didn't get back there so the next day it eating me up because that isn't the first time in fact I have never gotten a latte from this place that wasn't either scalding hot by the time I would drink it I would be at work and I didn't have time to drink it so that was a waste. Or it tasting not so good. I have always gone to Starbucks for 25 years and I have never ever been treated the way I was when the next day I finally got up enough courage to say I don't want to pay for this one because of the one that I got the day before. She asked me what time I had gotten it. Then she proceeded to scold me and tell me her policy. Seriously never in 25 years at Starbucks was I treated that way. Ever at any location I've ever gone to. If I had a problem or something didn't turn out right they took my word for it. This happened little to none. They were always friendly and caring about what they serve and making the customer happy. Thank you for letting me get this off my chest hopefully I can move on I'm just sad and embarrassed and my feelings are hurt. I can't give them another chance because I have given them so many and something's wrong here.
