After after wasting another 2 days upset embarrassed I've decided to write a review in hopes to release this issue. I moved here recently, I have not been happy with it but because of the convenience I give it another chance every time I go. Even when there's two cars ahead of you I have waited up to usually 10-15 minutes. With this incident I waited 20 minutes there were two cars ahead of me. Then the crowd happened behind me. I finally get up to the window and my coffee tasted like water and burnt coffee grinds little to no milk it was horrible. Having to get where I needed to go before being late I couldn't go back immediately and definitely not wait in that line that had more than two cars. Being completely busy and behind in my schedule. I didn't get back there so the next day it eating me up because that isn't the first time in fact I have never gotten a latte from this place that wasn't either scalding hot by the time I would drink it I would be at work and I didn't have time to drink it so that was a waste. Or it tasting not so good. I have always gone to Starbucks for 25 years and I have never ever been treated the way I was when the next day I finally got up enough courage to say I don't want to pay for this one because of the one that I got the day before. She asked me what time I had gotten it. Then she proceeded to scold me and tell me her policy. Seriously never in 25 years at Starbucks was I treated that way. Ever at any location I've ever gone to. If I had a problem or something didn't turn out right they took my word for it. This happened little to none. They were always friendly and caring about what they serve and making the customer happy. Thank you for letting me get this off my chest hopefully I can move on I'm just sad and embarrassed and my feelings are hurt. I can't give them another chance because I have given them so many and something's wrong here.

I've been saying it up until now and I'll keep saying it again about coffee. They serve you a quarter of the cup of coffee and the rest is pure foam. The cost is too high for the product they give you... and it also has mice.

Love the convenience of this store. Short walk from the neighborhood and a really nice dining area if a bit small. My favorite is the passion fruit tea as I'm not fond of Starbucks coffee.

Their drive thru line works so slow. Breakfast sandwiches come out cold. If you’re gonna take your sweet old time, at least warm the sandwich up. Thanks!

I’m absolutely shocked by what I just experienced. I ordered a simple pumpkin spice latte with almond milk through DoorDash from this location which may I remind you I paid nine dollars for when all I ended up getting was a cup of milk with absolutely nothing else in it. I really hope this isn’t the experience all your other customers get.

Long story short, I went 4 a rather long walk with mom n doggie Annie r.u.ok?. I left wallet home but I have most of the pay services. Went to local yogurt spot but they only had apple pay and where kind enough to give doggie Annie r.u.ok?, a yogurt cup of cold water. I told her my situation and tried to get a coke 4 me n mom. No go. Kept moving and tried the newly built star bucks.Who ever hired the young man and trained him I also wanna give cuddles too. He was pleasant knowledgeable and curtious. After a rather long attempt to use Samsung pay via PayPal, only to find out about new policies, you have to have money in PayPal system. No longer will they go thru your banking system if I'm describing correctly. The young man did a judgment call and or paid 4 my order his self, im not sure. But the point is I since his humanitarianism. Of course I explained my situation but he didn't have to pay it 4word if you will. Not a huge star bucks person but I'll go to this one just because. Thank you young man for helping hydrate and enjoy my walk with mom, and Annie r.u.ok?. Great hire Starbucks. ?? ✔️ ??.

I’ve been coming here for years. The staff is always kind, quick, and eager to help. Starbucks in general, and this location in particular, do a fantastic job of quickly meeting expectations with a smile.
