I go to this Starbucks alll the time and it can be so hit or miss. I will say that the employees are always kind, but my guess is that maybe some of the newer staff don’t have an eye for product quality. Unfortunately, I do find that my drinks and food tend to be hit or miss recently. I just got a tall Pike, grilled cheese, and chocolate croissant and they were all warm. As someone who’s worked at a Starbucks, that tells me they haven’t brewed coffee in 2-3 hours, the carafes...

Hi, I’m her son. I went in, orders my things with my mom, and my mom got her drink wrong. She asked them to remake it, and they did then came over personally and it.
