Quiet location, especially on a hot day. After checking with the manager, the barista taking my order was able to enter it correctly. It is such a simple drink to prepare and often is wrong. This time it was marginal and had too much milk with little foam; should be no milk liquid, only milk foam. Starbucks, you need to constantly train your staff. So frustrating.

Sam, Sharon, Cliff and the whole team are just outstanding in their customer service, food and drink preparation, and the friendly atmosphere they maintain at this Starbucks. I have been to all of the Starbucks in Rocklin and surrounding areas - this is by far the best!! Kudos to a great team!!

This thing nasty. Nobody cleans. Ppl are probably at home cleaning their shoes from the sticky floors and getting sick from the sticky tables. Not once did I see anyone cleaning the Cafe.

This is the frozen tropical puree. This was taken immediately after they handed it to me. It’s juice and froth. Didn’t have time to go back. 2 out of the 3 employees were friendly, one tried to send me off without my drink and wasn’t happy, but people have bad days.

Edited::: I received a response from Starbucks as you can see below, This is not true about employees making another one with kindness, they get SUPER upset with you when you say anything about their drinks🥤 When their frozen burritos are not toasted completely, you best eat it or just throw it away! 😡 And when you stare at your drink too long with the.………………….. “what the ___! Is wrong with my drink” They just stare at you angrily, take your drink and make you some other mystery concoction! 🙀 We are a family with a family-shared Starbucks app and we all use it, but to say we can easily ask for a remake or try to inform of the issues with a friendly response is not true, rare. I need to find another coffee house fast. What a waste.rip off coffee shop 🧑🎨 😔
Ordered three VENTI Frappuccinos and they immediately started to fuzz out! The drinks were only a quarter full, a quarter of ice and the rest whipped foam (air) These drinks were over $8.00 each! This is how they make money.
