Quiet location, especially on a hot day. After checking with the manager, the barista taking my order was able to enter it correctly. It is such a simple drink to prepare and often is wrong. This time it was marginal and had too much milk with little foam; should be no milk liquid, only milk foam. Starbucks, you need to constantly train your staff. So frustrating.
Ally at this Starbucks was amazing, great customer service! The food was great as well. She was so patient with me even though I didn’t know how the sizes worked or anything. Customer service like this is so appreciated!
Sam, Sharon, Cliff and the whole team are just outstanding in their customer service, food and drink preparation, and the friendly atmosphere they maintain at this Starbucks. I have been to all of the Starbucks in Rocklin and surrounding areas - this is by far the best!! Kudos to a great team!!
