The service is excellent here! Little lacking on the selection of drinks but it's really not a problem. Right next door is Safeway. I'm also always confused when they ask if I want mustard and mayo. Maybe it's just a thing in this state? Either way I would definitely recommend this place.

We were just in there and the girl working, who said her name was Jane, refused to mix the chicken with buffalo sauce for us. We understand it doesn't come pre-mixed, but no other subway has ever had a problem taking the chicken and adding buffalo sauce and mixing it together in the bowl for us. It was poor customer service and we ended up walking out because of it and we won't be back. If you're in the area, there's another Subway on Commons Dr. that has no issue doing this or something else that a picky eater may want, that I suggest you go to.

ELLA ROCKS!!! One of the BEST Subway workers I have ever met and so friendly and professional. Service with a smile and a thank you! We need more workers like her......and she is only a senior in high school! She has a VERY bright future ahead of her in whatever career she chooses. I was in the area two weeks ago and I visited this Subway twice because Ella was so nice and she made GREAT sandwiches! Thanks Ella and God bless you!

The food was good and the service was excellent. Why I rated it a three was because they let someone bring her dog into the Subway. To me this is wrong. The lady was carrying it which was worse since it was so hairy. I felt bad for the guys sitting in the two person seats. The dog hair could of gone all over their food.

I was very disappointed with my experience at this Subway location. They had fruit flies all over their produce. I could see bugs crawling on the vegatables.

Subway employee Lorna was very rude while making my sandwich. She made me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcomed. There is another subway down the street I may go there instead

Standard Subway experience...nothing special or outstanding to set this one apart from any of their counterparts. But it's convenient to meet up with my husband for his lunch time. It would be nice if the employees actually smiled and appeared to have some sincerity...but when all is said and done...they do the bare minimum to be "friendly" and put your sandwich together as you request.

Just stopped by this Subway with the family on our way to Reno for the weekend. Four of us had coupons on our phones; "purchase a drink & get a free 6 inch sub" We asked if they accepted the coupon & the young blond said yes, so we all ordered, however when we got to the register & the lady with the long dark hair was ringing us up, & I told her these are all separate, because the coupon is one per person per order, but she rang them together anyway & after we selected redeem on our coupon on our cell phones, she said she didn't see us push it so she wouldn't accept it, even though we were standing right in front of her & it has a 5 min timer on it, basically calling us liars, when she could clearly see 4+ minutes running out on the timer & then saying she could only accept a few per order, when I clearly told her the orders were all separate.(now we can even use them at another location) Also my son only got a flat bread with just shredded cheese & pepperoni, she only sprinkled about a tablespoon of cheese & I asked for a bit more for him & she insisted she needed to charge extra for cheese, even though he didn't get anything else or veggies on it. After we sat to eat, she kept going in back & peeking around at us, what a weirdo. Horrible place! Definitely won't be returning to this location, very uncomfortable experience. If you want good customer service, then this is not the place for you. After driving up the highway a bit, we saw another Subway, wish we would have waited, anything would have been better than the terrible customer service by that unprofessional employee. THEY DO NOT CHANGE GLOVES COMING FROM BACK ROOM, GROSS!!!!!!!!!!Employees here have NO REGARD for sanitary and safe food handling! Have visited here MULTIPLE times and have witnessed many things, but the WORST is employees coming out of the back room with gloves on and start handling YOUR FOOD. I don't know what those USED gloves have handled in the back room. Maybe the owners should show a little more class and train employees to change gloves after handling food (at least from back to front). OR MAYBE owners are SO CHEAP they tell employees to maximize glove use, which in case would be horrific. EMPLOYEES are probably just LAZY, as they have all done it at this location. SHOW SOME RESPECT TO YOUR LONG TIME CUSTOMERS AND CHANGE YOUR GLOVES IN FRONT OF PEOPLE WHEN COMING FROM THE BACK. Real SIMPLE! You are going to get someone SICK with lazy cross contamination!
