I ordered my favorite Tuna sandwich on flatbread and specifically paid for a double portion of tuna. When I picked up my order, it felt extremely light, almost like there was hardly anything inside. I asked the staff if it really had the double portion, and the girl reassured me that it did, so I didn’t argue.
However, when I got home and opened it, I realized it was just a regular portion without the extra tuna I paid for. This was very disappointing, as I expected to receive what I ordered.
It seems that Subway is cutting back too much on ingredients, especially meat. I will give you another chance, but if you do not change your attitude toward customers, I will stop being your client.
