Don’t order here, much less online. They literally skimp out on meat so bad why should you even bother ordering here. I ordered an American Club and ordered extra meat, but received NO extra meat. Also, the sandwich felt so light just proving the fact that other locations are better. Would never consider getting subway again.

Best location for subway. Been eat Subway since 6 yeas old. I can’t honestly tell you because I’m a skinny guy and don’t eat much that their portions are small and definitely not what is advertised or use to be. 12” meatballs subs have less meat than a 6” back in the day. You guys know I’m telling the truth. 6 meatballs if your lucky on a foot long is what use to be a 6” sandwich. You definitely don’t get what you pay for no amount of topping will change that and at the end me of the day subway is a rip off now. Chipotle chic flia in and out are only options maybe Jersey mikes. Bobby is great but subway needs to produce what they advertised it’s false and over priced for what you get for. No value anymore just like McDonald’s or TB! Just being honest!

This is the only Subway I will ever go to, and for one reason: Bobby! I was not only impressed by the delicious sandwiches they offer but also by the OUTSTANDING customer service provided by him. From the moment I walked in, Bobby greeted me with a warm smile and went above and beyond to ensure I had a fantastic experience. His friendly demeanor and GENUINE happiness in serving customers TRULY stood out. Bobby's dedication to making my visit memorable is a testament to the EXCEPTIONAL service that this Subway store consistently delivers. Like I said this will be the ONLY Subway I will ever go to for my meatball sub, specifically because of him and his positivity! Thanks to Bobby and the entire team for making my meal an enjoyable one after I passed the MSF course! He is truly such a positive person ? I very much hope the owners of this franchise read this review and recognize they have an amazing person working for them. Also, the shade is a definite plus for parking my Harley in ?? (I didn't quite catch his name tag, so apologies to him if I spelled Bobby / Bobbi wrong!)

As far as Subways go, this is by far our favorite one to order from. The owner is an incredibly nice guy and we would love to see his business thrive. The sandwiches are well-prepared and it is service with a friendly smile. Oh! And they have breakfast sandwiches available all day.

Really friendly owner, always has a smile. This location is always very clean and well stocked in the front and by the fountain drink machine. I've ordered on the app and walked across the parking lot to the subway and my order I placed a few mins before was already prepared and ready to go. Over all excellent customer service and fresh products. If I'm craving SubWay I think of this specific location first.

Ordered pickup this is inexcusable. The first thing to start a sandwich is bread, you burn it. Get another one. Not like the Store was busy. And ordered smashed avocado to my sandwich. Didn't receive that at all. Horrible. Going to call and complain

I refuse to walk into a local subway in my immediate area. I wanted to treat my daughter who loves subway so I read some reviews and liked the reviews of this location so I drove the 15 minutes out of my way and was not disappointed. Walked in and was greated immediately with a smile. One guy was working by himself stayed, pleasant and consistent with a busy line. The store was clean I will definitely be going back.

Great sandwiches at a great price, highly recommend this location! This store is located right off the freeway and has plenty of parking. Store was the cleanest I have ever seen at Subway location and the service was amazing. Staff was so helpful and accommodating. I would recommend this to all travelers or anyone who is traveling through Rocklin, CA.
