So I absolutely love the mango Boba tea. And I always get the mango popping Boba in addition to the regular Boba, but I also get it really sweet. So I had gone in a while back and ordered and asked for it to be extra sweet and when I got it, it wasn’t sweet at all. So I called up and the manager says come on in whatever you want and will replace it. Well I just happen to be in the area so I went in today and it had been quite a while and I thought it was really cool that the manager actually remembered my name. So I’m gonna have to give this a thumbs up A+ 10 out 10. Completely recommend. The staff is so sweet and so nice and I also want to say that my drink being made wrong only happened twice and all the times that I’ve been there. So I don’t remember the managers name but she is very awesome. Awesome.

I love this cute little spot, they have really good Boba in really good popcorn chicken. My favorite thing to get is either a Thai iced tea or when I’m in the mood I like to get a strawberry Matcha milk tea and I add strawberry hearts, and lately I’ve been also adding mango stars too, which is really good. I recommend.

I am a regular customer at this boba shop and I absolutely love coming here whether it be to grab a yummy drink, or study there as there is free wifi! I also tried the popcorn chicken and fries which are some of my favorite snacks! The staff is super friendly and kind. The interior is very nicely decorated and they even update the decor to match the season and each time it comes out looking so cute! There are also games you can play which are super fun! Shoutout to Nathan and Charlie for always providing great service!

We were in Roseville so we thought of picking up boba. Upon arriving, our drinks were ready by the time we got there. I got a large black pink with 50% sugar and 50% ice. My husband got a brown sugar with fresh milk and had it at 70% sugar and 70% sugar. The place is clean and well decorated. I had high hope and then I tried my drinks. Omfg it was so sweet like disgustingly sweet. Even for my husband who has a sweeter tooth than me, said it was too sweet for him. I taste nothing but syrups in my drink and his. The tea base isn't strong either. The milk tea is more milk base than tea base...the milk and sugar overpowered the tea. This is my first time so we didn't know any better. I told my husband to ask them to redo his drink bc i don't think we can drink this. We're going to bring them home and add our own good tea and see if I can rebalance this bc I seriously cannot drink this. It's like asking for straight up diabetes. I love boba and tried so many places and usually hate to leave bad reviews but unfortunately this was something I cannot drink. I hope to check this place out again when we come up to Rocklin again since we're out of town people. But god as I'm writing this I'm also thinking about a way to salvage this $7 before tax and tip drink.---8/20/23 update: after my review the owner messaged me and thank me for the review. I appreciate that my voice was heard. I was bummed out that my drinks were good. But was able to salvage it when I got home by adding concentrated tea and water and remix them. If I'm in the area again I'd check it out one more time. If I order these same drinks in the future I would recommend getting 25% sugar and 50% ice. Added a star for an amazing customer service along with accepting customer feedback. I love supporting businesses that are mindful about those things.

The stars are mainly for the tea taste/quality for the price. I was expecting better jasmine tea but it was definitely not of great quality. The green milk tea tasted as if they put A LOT of creamer and I could not taste the tea at all which is unfortunate. There are also no fresh fruit teas so something to keep in mind. The customer service was great, the people were very nice! The snacks also look pretty good but did not try it this time. Probably will not be back though. Definitely more of an Americanized boba spot.
