Shared Herbed Salmon and Strawberry Champagne Cake and they were outstanding. Carlos was a pleasure chatting with. We expect to eat early on Friday evenings at least once a month now.

Whether it's a first date, 50 year anniversary or anything in between The Blue Parrot is an exceptional place to spend your evening. The food and drink selection cannot be match. With authentic vibes that can't be imitated you will not be disappointed.

We went on a Wednesday for a quiet Happy hour. It was perfect. It was like stepping back in time with quiet music and lovely service. I would say the food was okay. For Happy Hour it was pricey.

Beautiful restaurant and excellent food. Armando provided great service. Seating is very limited so make a reservation in advance.

Been here many times and really enjoyed the ambiance and food. Tonight we were looking forward to a date night and had a reservation. Walking in to an empty restaurant and met by the server that told us that they are now a member only club. They want several hundred dollars in membership fee for you to be able to dine here. We walked out at around 6.30 pm from a still totally empty restaurant and wished them alla the best. What a waste.

It’s in a very odd place in Rocklin and obscure strip mall very unassuming from the front of the building …once you walk inside you were taken back to a speakeasy type vibe. Low lighting, red velvet chairs, and sofas very nicely done. we were greeted very promptly and seated. The waiter was super nice. We met the owner. Very lovely lady.

The wine list and bubbles menu definitely needs to be improved upon what they have is nice but not top-notch.

As far as the food goes, we started with the charcuterie board which needed some help a little too much cheese not enough meat, low quality crackers. It wasn’t the best. I would not recommend it. We also had deviled eggs, which were amazing. Probably the best deviled eggs I’ve eaten in Sacramento and surrounding areas . We also had the chicken pasta dish, which was very tasty very well done I had their pork chop, which was a little overcooked little to dry the mashed potatoes and the vegetables were delicious. We ended with the desserts, chocolate cake and a strawberry cake not my favorite. Could’ve been better. They’re going to a memberships only format. I hope it works for him. They’re taking a chance so unfortunately, I don’t see us joining at this time. I hope that it works out well for them.

Wow what a great place, my wife and I just happened to hit this spot and had a wonderful time, step back back in time.

We loved the music, ambience, wine flights, service, and food! We ordered the deviled eggs(a must), meatballs, pork chop and steak. We will definitely be back.
