This place is really good when it is actually open. This is the third time in a row I have tried to eat here and they have been closed for no reason. Today they have no sign of why they are closed at 5pm on a Thursday when all their signs at the store and online say they will be open till 7pm. This is super unprofessional. I will never be eating here again, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Probably the best burgers locally, but at least half the time we try to contact them there is no answer. It has become much worse over the past few months to the point that we assume we'll have to make other plans, but hope they pick up so we can get a good burger.

I live about a mile away from this place and never knew it existed. It was a refreshing surprise to get a great burger and very unusual but tasty fries. Price was good for what you get and they have a variety of local breweries beers on hand. I plan on going back here very soon and try other burgers or sandwiches.

The service stinks. We have given this place 3 tries. We won't be back. The food is a 2.5 * but the service is about a 1 * I get it takes longer because they make the food to order, it just seemed extremely slow to us. On top of that, they aren't very accommodating. When I added Mayo to a kids burger they charged extra, and failed to mention it's not Mayo... it's got pepper garlic and some other ingredients in it, it was just too peppery for my son. They were hesitant to even offer to do anything. Then Finally offered to re-make it but that would have been another 30 min to wait. We left with him hungry. We had higher expectations and Just left super disappointed.

Dive burger is a family favorite and we always enjoy the food. I highly recommend the Oh Boy burger. It’s the best burger I’ve ever had. My husband has enjoyed many of their burgers but his favorites are the lamb burger (sadly no longer available) and Blue Heaven with an egg. My kids really enjoy the Dive burger and the old fashioned. When we are craving burgers we always get them here. They really are the best!

No outgoing message warning customers who call that you significantly curtailed your hours on a Saturday night? No online notification either, and never the convenience of online ordering? This isn't a quaint "as it goes" island business, folks! I won't bother "trying" your restaurant again. Wake up to current customer convenience and notification responsibilities! Take your business (and customer) seriously!

If you want a great burger with quality ingredients full of flavor then no need to look further for the perfect burger because The Dive is the place to go. I’ve been there twice already and planning on going back very soon. Let me tell you, they do not disappoint. I absolutely loved the cowboy burger, onion rings, and fried pickle spears. Hands down The Dive is top of the line.
