service is great

I went through the drive-through and they got my entire order wrong. That was even after I had the person that took my order repeated to ensure that they got my order right. Next day I brought back the items that I did not order and demanded to get reimbursed. I spoke with the manager and she was supposed to reimburse my credit card as of today she has not. I will never go back to this restaurant chain again.

Best habit burger restaurant I've visited. Service was quick and food was hot and delicious. Will be back for more for sure!

The worst drive-thru experience I have ever had it. I had to go back three times due to them forgetting my food and not understanding the order correctly then the manager on site and the general manager we're very dismissive and rude about their mistake. The food is so good. But that was terrible customer service. Especially from a general manager.

Was a great experience food was great fries kinda tasted like homemade fries the inside was clean and people that served us were nice people overall a 5/5🌟 experience

Great food, but slow service

First time eating here. Absolutely loved it and will be going back. Great service too!

Was really good and with great customer service, until they hired some new people, specifically this short kid with a mustache who will get your order incorrect and doesn’t repeat it back to you.

The meat was not hot. It was previously cooked and then warmed up and did not even melt the cheese. There were people who were not employees going in and out of the kitchen at the back door and management should be involved, but corporate habit should be enrolled with this this place as soon as possible

Made a quick visit here using the drive-thru. The chain has really gotten much more expensive than I remember from a few years ago - 2 Santa Barbara Char combos for ~$40! The food is good but not that good!

Customer service was also lacking, the employees really looked and acted like they did not want to be there. Can't blame them I suppose when a meal costs more than 1 hour of work.

All in all, you might want to take your chances somewhere else if you're looking for an affordable quick meal.

Anytime I pass through the Sacramento area. I always try to stop here at this location. I literally drive past two or three other locations just to stop here. The service is great. The food is amazing. I don’t have enough nice things to say about it.

Kudos to habit, burger, and grill for bringing in the wonderful impossible burger! And the good news is, you can have a substitute impossible burger for any of the burger selections.
