We got to try this food truck today - oh my goodness!! Everything was absolutely delicious! My son devoured his OG wrap while my daughter's pizza baked, and went back up to ask for another because it was so good. We had falafel, the OG, pizza and baklava, all of it amazing. The owner was also very kind. We'll be going back the next time he's in our town!

Extremely overpriced with quality and portions that don't reflect it unfortunately. Completely unseasoned and unsauced, the meat tasted like it was cooked a week ago in a microwave and I was begging for literally anything else other than stale, dry meat by the end of my meal. Orovilles food selection lacks variety which may make this truck appealing at times but it should definitely be avoided if you don't want a $20 wrap to rot in the back of your fridge

Amazing food. We love seeing them at the local breweries with their food truck and I’m waiting for an excuse to hire them for an event. Seriously delicious gyros and fries are always perfect. Editing review because I just had their pizza for the first time. Unbelievably good.

Takes me back to the isle of Ios. So tasty and I'm delighted to support the owner during these tough times.

Learned about The Lamb and the Wolf via a Facebook foodie group. Gyros AND pizza? Say no more! We were greeted by Michael (who we later learned was the owner), who immediately began a conversation with my husband based on his sports attire (once a New Yorker, always a New Yorker!). My husband began a little tongue and cheek concerning his 10+ year search to find real NY style pizza and gyros in the Sac area. Michael's friendly stipulation before ordering was to promise to share our dinner experience with him. Lots of great choices but we decided on the OG and the Old Chicago. The OG platter, clearly enough to feed 2-3 people, was packed with tender, flavorful slices of lamb, crunchy purple onion, crisp, shredded lettuce, hot pita squares, to die for tzatziki and a side of spice feta sauce. The tzatziki was a thicker texture than we've experienced before but it was so good we asked for more! The Old Chicago pizza omg! Perfect crust I mean perfect! Fresh spinach, fresh tomatoes, red sauce and sliced lamb. I'm so glad no one was close enough to here our ooohs and ahhhs. After 10+ years of living in Sacramento, this was the FIRST time my husband said, "Now this is good pizza, I should order one take take home." We ordered the baklava for dessert, (not that we had room for it!), and enjoyed later at home. Buttery, flaky, almonds, pecans, honey, soaked in a bath of sweet honey, absolutely delicious! We quickly decided a repeat was in order and we decided to return next week for date night. Michael must have been reading our minds because he asked how our dinner was and we shared our accolades to which he replied, "If you want to dine again we'll be open until next Saturday 3/4; we are going out of business due to Covid." Our hearts sank, more for Michael and the community that enjoys the food (steady stream of pick up orders while we were dining), than the fact that we finally find amazing, NY style lamb and pizza in the same place. We told Michael want to stay in touch to know what's next, and he said to following the Facebook page for updates. Our prayers are with the Lamb and the Wolf. In the meantime let's sell them out this last week!

Delicious fresh food! Order arrived early! Great customer service! We had the falafel wrap and BBQ chicken wrap. Would order here again.

Previously I thought this was only a food truck but found that they have a store front as well. Stopped in here today with the wife and had the OG. This place is fantastic. Hands down the best around. Unfortunately COVID has really impacted this place so he's sold his food truck. Help support this place!

BEST Gyros everrr! My hubby and I remembered having these gyros from one of their food trucks at a winery and absolutely loved it. Thankful we are able to get this fantastic food now at their restaurant. We all still need to eat during this pandemic, so I highly recommend this place... let's keep it alive! I'm not sure what I would do without it!

Ordered chicken GYRO to pickup. Too salty and smell was not good, something was off with tzatziki. Owner was nice and good customer service.

Found this hidden gem in Rocklin. Owner is super friendly and so nice. Gyro Lamb taste awesome..the pizza boats were extraordinary the bread was so crispy with fresh tasty toppings. I also tried the Lima Beans and his homemade Baklava.. I will definitely be going there again

This place never disappoints. The gyros are big and filling. For dessert, I highly reccomend the Mosiako as a way to try something new. Otherwise the standard Baklava is good too!

Best spanakopita in the area! Just like my mom used to make. 3 ample pieces served with creamy tzatziki sauce for $9. Their baklava is spot on, too. Looking forward to trying other menu items. OPA!

I found this place on door dash, the food was awesome. We loved it. The crazy thing was, I found out it was only two blocks from my house where I’ve lived for years. Maybe get a bigger sign? I had no clue it was there. Will be back soon!
