Daniela was an excellent waitress! She was attentive with taking our order, getting us our food and drinks quickly, and checking on us throughout our dining experience even while it was so busy.

Parking: Plenty of parking available as it is apart of a larger lot with multiple other businesses.

So we ordered chef’s special steak with shrimp, the rice was burnt. The whole dish tasted burnt along with steak. They really need to re think the food that they serve. The food quality has gone down over the past year.

Came for a beer with the wife, was not expecting good food. Had the Cajun calamari, loved it! Got the tater tots, Loved it! Best I’ve ever had actually. That’s all we ordered so I don’t know how the real food is, but we enjoyed it and the music was good too.

My husband and I went on a lunch date and decided on University of Beer, we’ve always seen it and never stopped in. I can say right away I was turned off because we needed our phones to view the menu. I personally really dislike that restaurants are doing that now. The menu had fun options, different than just regular bar food you’d expect. I will say a lot of their food has some sort of aioli, smoked flavor or spice element to it. We settled on Fish and Chips, the French Dip and the Drunken Pig Fries. The Fish and Chips were tasty, and my French Dip was good too. We did think the food was a tad too salty, after the second dip of my sandwich I stopped because it was just too salty. The ambiance is fun, lots of things to look at and beer kegs to see which was cool. Service was friendly and just pushy enough. We did think it was overpriced, they offer different discounts. Unfortunately the Military Discount wasn’t during our time there, which was fine. I just loved that that they offered different discounts. I think this place is great for a drink and maybe an appetizer, but we wouldn’t have a meal here again. Thank you for the friendly service and experience.

I’ve been to the location in Vacaville and was impressed. This location no less impressive. Good beer selection fresh chow. We had the spicy guacamole burger and the Thai mango salad. Very good. Our server, Sean, was amazing and very knowledgeable on all things UOB.
