Came for a beer with the wife, was not expecting good food. Had the Cajun calamari, loved it! Got the tater tots, Loved it! Best I’ve ever had actually. That’s all we ordered so I don’t know how the real food is, but we enjoyed it and the music was good too.
My husband and I went on a lunch date and decided on University of Beer, we’ve always seen it and never stopped in. I can say right away I was turned off because we needed our phones to view the menu. I personally really dislike that restaurants are doing that now. The menu had fun options, different than just regular bar food you’d expect. I will say a lot of their food has some sort of aioli, smoked flavor or spice element to it.
