This store is ignoring the new regional stay at home order and is allowing customers to shop ENTIRELY without face masks. I made management aware that a couple was not wearing masks and engaging in unsafe behaviors in the produce section to which they responded they could do nothing. They could not require them to wear a mask and they could not have them removed. Before leaving, another couple entered the store without face masks. This is completely unacceptable.

This place is suppose to be very close to me , convenient. Employees are not happy, and ir friendly . Carla is very hard to deal with , not happy. She makes customers hear her complains all the time. Im thinking in my mind, gurl if you're not happy dont work here. Not going back to this store again.

On behalf of the Senior Citizens of Rocklin, Califorrnia, we would like to say to you (Wal-Mart) Shame on you. Sam-Walton, would never approve of the way you handled a recent situation. Most Stores in the area are very accommodating during the current CoronaVirus outbreak. For Seniors Citizens who are very vulnerable to this virus, it is essential that they be provided time to shop in a limited customer time. Wal-Mart Rocklin, did just that by announcing that they would be open Tuesday and Thursdays at 6:00 a.m. This morning (a Thursday) I was at this store along with other Senior Citizens, and guess what. Wal-Mart was not going to be open for Seniors as previously announced. No one came out to tell any of us of situation, (In the cold). Too justify this action, they posted a notice the night before (Wednesday) Stating that they would only be open on Tuesday, at 6:00 a.m. On behalf of the Senior Citizen Population, who depend on their needs, Thank you for not showing an ounce of concern for this age group.

Awesome store! Sometimes out of what we need but everyone is very helpful. Cashier's are VERY aware of the fact that there aren't enough employees, tho. I try to go to my favorite employee (Susanne?) because she goes above and beyond to help. Parking lot is huge and they seem to have gotten a cart employee, so plentiful carts! I live in Roseville but I'm happier here than at the Roseville N. Market!

First of all their produce, DO NOT EVEN BOTHER. Tasteless and damn near old. Will mold within a day or two of buying I never buy my vegetables or meat from this one. But today I'm eating crackers with my 4 year old niece that we bought here and almost get down to the bottom then I look and notice f****** mold on the crackers. Soooo f****** gross dude I'm so pissed. Then I look at the date it expired 4 months ago! That's disgusting! I never thought I'd have to check the date on cheezits. And I already know it'll be a hassle for any compensation because the managers here are stuck up too good for anybody bitches anytime someone asks for help they are just so rude and have a disgusted attitude. The workers are nice but any manager especially the older ones? Don't even bother trying to speak to unless you want to end up trying not to punch one in the face.

Fresh food there are almost always damn near about to expire. Terrible customer service, I also got stalked around the store by employees every single I went in without fail. And they are also flying confederate flags just to top it all off nicely. If you're a minority seriously do not go there spare yourself the trouble.

Terribly managed, zero customer service and items not restocked for months on end ... seriously like 7 to 8 months at a time. Don't bother complaining either you just get a lot of lip service and no results.

Employee are nice. Location so close and convenient. However the last 6 months if I do in store shopping I have to go to another store because it is never stocked with basic things like potatoes or grapes or pineapple or Tyson chicken nuggets, tortellini or even holiday times of Reese's trees! Even doing grocery pick up I have to go to a store a shop for basics they don't have. Horribly stocked. They need to hire a new stocker! So frustrating and I have friends that feel the same
