My wife loves wingstop. I particularly will not order it unless that is her pick for lunch or dinner. The 3 times we have ordered from this specific location, it has been an issue. The food takes 45-55 min depending on the size of order. The quality of wings and amount is not worth the price. I have had good experiences at other wing stops but this one is by far the worst one. They are missing the biggest piece of fast food. Food quality and speed.

They are always 20-30 minutes later than expected everytime. When I sit inside and wait for my food they don’t call out my name. By the time I get my food it’s already cold.

Went in to get my order. I was told 10-15 min wait (ended up being way longer). I asked for a water cup while I waited and they refused. With customer service like that I won't be back. I get they might be working out kinks being a new establishment, but not all the workers are new and rude customer service has nothing to due with being new / slow

Placed order online when I got there they messed it up and I had to wait to get it so I was late for kickoff. Then we got home they gave us boneless not bone in !!!

I was so excited to see Wing stop in Lincoln, I have never eaten at one before... I was really looking forward to it, Then I read the reviews and that completely CHANGED My Mind, Unfortunately ? I really Hope Wing Stop Gets it together!! Because it absolutely would be a great asset to the Lincoln Community!

The food is fine, but I’m mostly here to talk about the dinning area because obviously other people agree that the wait time is too long so I don’t have to talk about that. When I was waiting for my food the table I sat at was sticky and I could have sat at another table so I’ll take the blame for that, but there was also a cockroach just like running around. That’s it thank you.
