Im pretty sure i wrote a review about this place before. But Ashley and Austin are such great personalities and their customer service is unmatched. They make the place even more welcoming and exciting than it already is

Delicious poke but over the last year, prices have increased, portion size has decreased and with the exception of one lovely girl, I feel like I'm bothering the employees when I show up to order. They're just not friendly. On top of that, several toppings are extra cost which I find not to be the case at other poke places. Feels like I'm getting nickel and dimed on an already pricey meal. The food is great but everything else kinda wrecks it.

Didn’t finish my bowl the tuna tasted very fishy and just smelled weird, maybe bc I got it in the morning but it was like the rice was warm and the fish was cold and the seaweed salad was also not good/smelly.
Spent $60 on 4 bowls - the most expensive one was the 2 breast chicken teriyaki with extra sauce (up charge) and this is what we got. Definitely disappointed if this is what they consider a large and worth $15.50. It didn’t even have sauce.

They overcharged me. I used to go here multiple times a week and on my last visit I noticed that I was charged $15+ for a large bowl when it was listed as being $14 on the menu. I told the cashier and she said their prices went up. I told her the price on the menu was the same and customers should be charged what's on the menu and she just looked at me and said the manager wasn't changing it. She said she wouldn't refund me because that's the price. Either the manager needs to fix the price on the menu or charge customers the advertised price. Its not a big pay difference but it is lying to to customers and taking money they didn't agree to pay. I haven't been back since.

It is very clear why there are low reviews and it looks like this place is goi mg out of business. Small portions. Charging you extra for masago and seaweed salad? They are insane. The poke quality isn’t premium at all to justify these prices.
