Ordered the French Dip for 14$. Unseasoned and dry meat. There were no onions, no cheese that comes with the sandwhich. So you are literally paying 14$ for dry sliced meet in a toasted bun. The au jus was nothing to write home about. Just order a burger or a breakfast burrito instead.
Girlfriend ordered French toast also for 15$. The French toast was just very bland. Sides were standard (I would say the bacon was underwhelming but I would be beating a dead horse) I guess I wouldn’t mind these options but the price point is ridiculous for the quality. Just go to Mel’s Diner.

Love this place, especially the bottomless coffee. The vibes are super cute and cozy, this is my new go-to diner.
Flippys is too crowded, very small tables. The food from the grill was awful. The chicken fried steak and eggs was served stone cold, and greasy. Did not sit well on the stomach. Not going back.

They always have it closed and they say that they have opened the door, I have had the last beces in they say that it is open and I arrive and it is closed, I traveled several miles and the truth is that I have already changed places because it is bad taste and irresponsible not to notify when they are closed and they show us open.

I got the club sandwich and it was surprisingly really good! The waitress also suggested a cup of peaches, i had no idea i wanted that and it was good as well. Sadly i wanted the french dip or the American dip but they were out of french rolls but that just means i can come back and enjoy it another time. Cool American diner.
