Washing machine went down in the house I'm staying at so I came here for the first time today. Really not impressed, $5.25 for a medium size washer with a time of just 16 minutes. That's about half the time it should take to get clothes clean. Also charged my card $15 which hopefully I'll get the difference back in a couple days. Can't wait to get the washing machine working again

I forgot clothes in the dryer when I left in a hurry. Some times it’s busy and crowded but monitored got my clothes the next day they save it not sure how long. But happy to get my stuff back

Standard old fashioned laundromat. The only modern tech is that you can conveniently use Apple Pay on some of the machines. Like ALL other laundromats, they will charge your card ($15) and when you spend over it, they charge you again. Places do this to avoid getting as many transaction fees from the bank. Anything you don't spend is returned to your account. The workers are very friendly and they often give my kid free snacks from the vending machine.

Do not use your credit card. Only use coins. I used my credit card and was charged $15 when the use of the machine was only 9.75, I was over charged twice because I used 2 washing machines.

I recently returned to this laundromat because of an urgent need to do laundry.At first, other patrons seemed fine, just fellow humans trying to get their dirty laundry clean.But there was such a mix of unsavory "people", several of the machines ate my quarters, others are generally unkempt and don't seem to be sanitized on a regular basis.I will no longer be going to this laundromat and instead endorse the use of professional laundry services such as Poplin (and The Family Laundry in Oakland, which is unfortunately currently out of the service area for Rodeo).

Don't use your credit card here. Within a couple hours of using my card here I started getting a bunch of fraudulent charges on my card and had to cancel my card and dispute the transactions with my credit card company. Facilities are fine, just make sure to have cash to get quarters at the machine.

Second time at this laundromat in such a long time. I like that I can pay with a credit card because I don't always have cash on me. The site is very clean and organized. I highly recommend this place

Threw my clothes away and simply said he was losing business by them being left in the washer. Offered no explanation as to what happened to my clothes. I called multiple times trying to retrieve my belongings he acted clueless to what I was saying. This place has multiple cameras so finding out what happened to them shouldn’t have been an issue.

Lesson learned. The owner here is not very friendly. There's no attendant here so once your coins is taken by the machine there's no one can help you. I used my ATM card here for the amount of $5.25 for 1 machine the next day I saw my statement I was charged $15. I tried to call/text the owner to refund my money the rude owner ignored my calls/texts. So I suggest you DO NOT USE your ATM card here. It's all good. KARMA do it's work.

Good place. Clean. One thing though the soda machine ate my money but the ice cream machine works good. Hopefully they fixed the problem
