Yeah! I just ordered the Quinoa/Millet loaf (only bought 1, which was dumb lol) all the way to Georgia and it came nice and fresh! People say to toast it and yes it's delicious that way as well but I say steam it!I steamed it, layered some Raw, Unfiltered Honey on it and Mmmm, Mmmm, MmmmmmmmmmmmmmmI toasted it, (in a pan) layered some Raw Milk Cheese on it and Mmmm, Mmmm, MmmmmmmmmmmmmmmOk, now I'm seriously thinking about taking them up on that 8 loaf, free shipping offer and it looks like they've added a new product, sweet!I should take a few pics next time!

Apologies, but I just couldn't eat it.

Surprised Mario was not able to restart Grindstone by selling it to someone willing to maintain the tradition and wholesomeness. This bread was fabulous. Stone ground, organic, lacto-fermented to remove the anti-nutrients (phytic acid). See: westonaprice.org/health-…There is no other product like this in the USA. I had a reserve in the freezer and today I had one of my last gluten free slices of the Quinoa bread lathered with cream cheese made from almonds. Heavenly. Now, I don't expect Mario to come back. He wanted to retire. And I hold on to a small ray of hope that someone is out there that wants to resuscitate Grindstone Bakery to once again, ship it throughout the country.

Please come back, Grindstone!! I found you when I lived in LA and have been ordering from Philadelphia since I moved east. I'm finishing up my last loaves in the freezer and will be very sad when they're gone. Grindstone is the best gluten free bread ever. It's dense, tasty, and extremely satisfying. I'm still holding out hope for a return ...

Love their quinoa loaf! Had to track it down now that Whole Foods stopped carrying it, and have no idea IF they will ever get it in again (according to Jason the grocery buyer at Whole Foods Santa Rosa 9/16/22.). Love this bread, and it freezes well! Guess I’ll be purchasing direct from the bakery, because the bread is THAT good! ✨?

Really going to miss this bread. It flew off the shelf at Whole Foods and Erewhon in seconds. Best gluten free breads we had ever tried. I dont know how they did it, but nothing out there comes close to their products. Please some back!

This business is closed and is up for sale. My wife has to have gluten free bread (doctor's orders) and she was always ordering from Grindstone. We even went there years past when we were on our way home from Santa Rosa. We hope someone buys the business and restarts it. They will be missed.

My all time favorite gluten free bread I love the sourdough taste and the purity of the ingredients along with their non gluten free rye bread and banana walnut bread just so incredibly yummy

I've tried SO many other GF breads over the years & they are all awful. Grindstone Bakery offers the BEST GF breads I've ever had & without yeast so I can enjoy without bloat or digestion issues. I've been a fan for years. There is no other bread like this. Please reopen again !!

For those of us off all grain, Grindstone is a godsend with its millet/quinoa breads. I eagerly await the return of their offerings to the shelves of Good Earth.

I like this bread a lot. I have tried all the gluten free breads & they are all good. I buy the sandwich loaves since they are bigger & is best toasted. When not having a morning smoothie I enjoy the toasted bread with avocado & Kite Hill vegan Cream cheese or a veggie burger.

Chocolate gluten free cookies like a parody of hippie food, leaden and flavorless. Go elsewhere for chocolate treats, including flourless.

bland tasting without soul sandwich bread and some reviews said funky tasting maybe the millet...almond flour would be better than millet....?

My favorite bread by far: Caraway seeds, wheat free Rye bread! Delicious fresh or toasted, and no bloating after eating. mmmm Where can I get it in San Francisco?

The owner is so nice! But the gluten-free bread had the worst taste and aftertaste I’ve ever experienced in my life. We also tried toasting it and with vegan butter but the middle was still gooey and the taste was nearly the same. It was simply inedible. Each of the items had an interesting texture but somehow tasted too oily? We kept trying to figure out what was leaving such a bad taste in our mouth. We’ve tried a lot of gluten-free and vegan breads and we wanted to like it but we would never eat it again. Ultimately, we had to compost it.We also tried 3 kinds of cookies and each had a really funky aftertaste. The chocolate cookie was edible dipped in coffee and the toasted sesame had the least funky aftertaste in my opinion but still wasn’t an enjoyable cookie. I wanted to like it so much! I just thought it was a terrible eating experience.
