Surprised Mario was not able to restart Grindstone by selling it to someone willing to maintain the tradition and wholesomeness. This bread was fabulous. Please come back, Grindstone!! I found you when I lived in LA and have been ordering from Philadelphia since I moved east. I'm finishing up my last loaves in the freezer and will be very sad when they're gone. Grindstone is the best gluten free bread ever. It's dense, tasty, and extremely satisfying.
