I went to pick up my pizza the other night because I had one at the other Rohnert Park location that I thought was just delicious. When I got this new location in Rohnert Park they gave me a hard time about signing a receipt that said I agreed to pay. However I had already paid on my phone and I already had a receipt so I refused to sign. They still gave me the pizza. However the pizza tasted like it had been made an hour or two before and heat it up for my so-called enjoyment....

This is the best Mountain Mikes location!Been coming here since I was about 8 years old, and the staff has changed but the food is still amazing. They even have kept the gaming room section.The last time I came in, I ordered a half Snowy Alps and half cheese and extra pineapple.It was a busy night, but I got my pizza promptly. After getting in my car I opened to sneak a slice, and it didn’t have extra pineapple, it had pineapple and pepperoni. I called immediately and the staff...

The last 2 times we ordered a salad, the lettuce was brown when we received it. This time it was not only brown, but was all core pieces, and the cucumbers were slimy and rotting. There were no beans on it. Paying $8.00 for an unedible salad is not cool.
