I ordered a blonde vanilla latte. My latte was not flavored. Also when I opened the lid it was half full. Very disappointed. I paid $4.95 for the wrong drink and it was half empty.

How does this Starbucks have such low reviews? Everyone is so incredibly kind and helpful and lovely! I go out of my way to go to this Starbucks. Their customer service is on point! I once forgot to say oat milk (which was completely my fault), and I said I'd repurchase the drink, as milk makes me so sick I couldn't enjoy. They immediately remade on them. Brittany, the manager, is friendly and engaging! Huge shoutout to Via, Jack, and Olivia--awesome individuals who are always incredibly friendly and fantastic as I'm going through the drive thru. Yesterday, when I went for drinks, they had encouraging stickers on the lids, and I almost cried. I needed such positivity, and I love that they did this!
I went to this location all the time because it's close to my work and it been alright but this is my second time I feel like they need to train whoever make the beverages. Last time I order Matcha green tea, It was horrible nothing else but Milk with green color so this time I'm so excited with dragonfruit with Vanilla cream (I ordered with other location and I love it) so I order the same drink with This location...iT WAS JUST LEMONADE WITH SMALL PIECES OF DRAGONFRUIT!!!!!! I'm usually not picky but this is way to much to pay for just a lemonade.HONESTLY, I won't coming back again so disappointed since I always go to this location.

This location is participating in,"The Sociopaths Rewards Program"for their employees. They more the employees put their souls on ice and dehumanize homeless and potential trouble makers the better. Did you come in looking too adept or too competent? Expect the Hate & Harassment to ensure. The more hateful , duplicitous , & insidious you are to procure your self interest the further you will go in their Turtle Tank.I'd skip this place & save your soul.
