How does this Starbucks have such low reviews? Everyone is so incredibly kind and helpful and lovely! I go out of my way to go to this Starbucks. Their customer service is on point! I once forgot to say oat milk (which was completely my fault), and I said I'd repurchase the drink, as milk makes me so sick I couldn't enjoy. They immediately remade on them. What can I say no matter what time of year it is, Hot or Cold out I still love my Frappuccino's. Toasted white mocha with some caramel in the cup and topped off with mocha drizzle.. yum...
