I've been meaning to review Black Bear Diner for quite some time now. Like everyone else, my biggest praise here needs to go to the staff and the service provided. I didn't have the highest expectations when I first came in but I left surprised when I realized it's been a long time since we've experienced customer service of this level. Upon entering the establishment we were warmly and enthusiastically greeted, Victor was very gracious and cheerful order was taken meals were served promptly, excellent preparation and delicious, upon leaving the manager Abel thanked us , and exchanged pleasantries. I remember this location when it was Lyons . I love going to Black Bear Diners as well as my friends and families. Rafael

Went to Black Bear Diner for Easter because Grams likes it and we go a few times a year, I had a Papa bear Burger and it was good, real juicy and good to med rare as I like it, not much to say on that front. Making this review more so for the great server we had, Victor was on top of our drinks and had a fun personality. The servers are always good when we go there but it's nice when they have a pep in their step, Victor had that and it made the visit slightly more enjoyable.
