The location in Rohnert Park, CA has been sub-par for ages. I gave it another try today & my food was not edible. The popcorn shrimp was dry and not even warm. The wings I ordered were wet with sauce, tiny dry wings.
I spent $17.82 on my debit card #3994, (last 4 digits) but I failed to get my receipt. Debit was @ 1:33 pm. A credit would be appreciated.

Once again they messed up a drive through order and we have to go back and wait forever in the drive through to get it right, meanwhile the other food is getting cold. This occurs nearly every visit. It’s become a waste of time and money. I wouldn’t be so critical if it didn’t happen every time.
We are back again today 10/8/2020 and they are out of wings! How the hell can a chicken place be out of wings?! I can’t wait for my wife to get home to see how bad the messed...read full review
