Location is central and next to freeway so navigation and ease of access are there. Nice people, can get a bit busy at times due to location and it's size, bit still the same Starbucks cup of joe.Parking: Lots of spots it never fills up.Kid-friendliness: Just as friendly as the rest of Rohnert Park...The friendly city!Wheelchair accessibility: The curb is ramped just as all businesses and street corners have been required to do as of...many years ago.

I decided to stop at this location (1/14/15) since I was in the area but I should have just gone to my usual location. I would have given this location a couple more stars but aside from waiting at least 15 mins for 1 drink there was an employee(one with a side buzz) that talked back to me saying "if youre in a rush dont come here" and thought I didn't hear. I replied, "l'm sorry what was that ? " and she didn't know what to say and said " I wasn't taking to you". Read a few reviews and I'm surprised nothing has been done in months.

This is the 6th time they have played they aren't open. They turn they lights low by 5pm they empty the store and act like they can't answer a customer unless you wait minutes for them to talk on the speaker box. Here's my issues EVERY FN TIME I COME AFTER WORK IS AROUND 5 OR 5:30PM THEY ACT LIKE THEY ARE CLOSED. I WAIT CAUSE I NOW KNOW THEIR TRICKS. LIGHTS OFF DOESN'T MEAN CLOSED JUST MEANS THESE FEMALES ARE LAZY NEVER HAD A MALE WORK THAT SHIFT OR AT LEAST SEEN ONE WHEN I COME WHICH IS A FEW TIMES A MONTH. ANYWAY THEY ACT CLOSED TAKE AWHILE TO TAKE YOUR ORDER AND TAKE EVEN LONGER TO GIVE YOU ONE SIMPLE VANILLA ICED LATTE GRANDE! Go to Safeway or next door to the other Starbucks by Safeway right next to Jack in the box. THESE LAZY FEMALES DON'T WANNA WORK HECK THEN THEIR LIGHTS OFF BUSINESS WILL BE TREATED AS SUCH. YOU FEMALES KNOW EXACTLY WHAT I'M TALKING ABOUT YOU HAVE BEEN DOING IT FOR MONTHS!!!! (OVER A YEAR AND A HALF- TO IS WHEN I STARTED COMING TO THIS FLAKE JOINT) MANAGEMENT EITHER KNOWS AND TEACHES THEM TO PLAY CLOSED OR THE REAL BOSSES ARE CLUELESS AND JUST THINK SALES SLOW AT NIGHT ARE NORMAL?!!! IT'S NOT THEY DO THIS THE ENTIRE YEAR NOT JUST WINTER THEY MADE ME SO IRRITATED THE FIRST TIME IN THE SUMMER THAT'S WHEN I LEARNED THEIR FAKE YOU OUT CLOSED ACT! MAKE THESE GIRLS WORK, TURN THEIR LIGHTS ACTIVELY ON, BE TIMELY ON THE SPEAKER BOX OUT SIDE AND WITH SIMPLE ORDERS, OR TEACH THESE GIRLS THE SIMPLE GESTURE OF WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU DO NOT WORK. Twice I bought the mango dragon fruit lemonade refresher. The first was a grande. The employee packed the cup full of ice. Both times they used less dragon fruit than normal. We get this drink from three Starbucks where we live. We also have purchased the drink in eight states at Starbucks. These drinks were the only two drinks made cheap. When we visit Sonoma County we will visit other Starbucks and avoid this location.

The customer service has significantly decreased in the last 8 months. There is always an employee who is constantly looking upset. The place used to have a more cozy feel to it. Now it feels like the tables and chairs are a formality.

I ordered an iced shaken espresso and it was good, I drank it inside while with a friend over maybe 15-20 minutes. When I was done I went up to the counter and asked for a venti iced tea refill. The employee at the counter glanced at my empty cup and asked what I ordered, I told her, she said she can't give a refill unless it's the same beverage. When I told her the original beverage doesn't matter and she said she wasn't familiar and wanted to check with the shift manager. Unfortunately the shift manager also doesn't know the refill policy and they didn't give me any refill.I go to several Starbucks locations and get refills almost every time per Starbucks refill policy outlined here: customerservice.starbuck…I'll even quote it here if you don't want to follow the link:"At participating stores, you can use your registered Starbucks Card or Starbucks® app to purchase a beverage and then present that same Starbucks Card or Starbucks account in the app to get free refills of brewed coffee (hot, Iced Coffee or Cold Brew), and tea (hot or iced, not including lemonade) during the same store visit regardless of the original beverage. Customers without a registered account may purchase a refill at a reduced price."It's frustrating when Starbucks employees aren't familiar with their own policy and then get defensive and argumentative rather than attempt to lookup their own policy and it puts me in the awkward position of explaining the policy to employees who of course don't believe me and would rather just say sorry instead of validate the refill policy.

Horrible service. Bunch of young entitled people who were more concerned about themselves than the customer. Unfortunately I added a tip of over 20% before we got served. If I could have, I would have taken it back. And it wasn’t even that busy.

My coffee is always cold, they have a million workers behind the counter, I don't know what they're all doing. Ambiance is alright I guess kinda your regular neighborhood coffee shop.

I came through the drive through and after a long line I ordered a dirty chai latte. I received a regular chai latte and went back and after another line of cars waiting I order another oneZ instead of making a new one they provided me with two shots of espresso which taste it as if they re used the old coffee bean grindings. Terrible customer service

As I was sitting down with my beverage to enjoy it inside on the rainy day they asked me to leave, because they closing lobby 10 minutes before posted closing time. Well the only reason I was there is to sit down for 10 minutes and have a warming drink not to be standing outside in the rain with it. If you closing lobby on different hours then you posted, then do diligence and make a sign for lobby hours. Amateurs

Didn't have food to make for breakfast so decided to grab a quick bite and a coffee I understand the drive thru is crazy packed but I took two bites before spitting out my double smoked bacon sandwich the bacon and egg were still cold I knew the line was moving to fast somehow but I'd rather wait and not get food poisoning.

Stop by this starbucks and it was closed. No hours sign. Saw workers in there. It was 10 minutes before closing. Starbuck do better. If i could give a negative to this starbucks i would.
