I frequent this location and get good service, sometimes I have to wait and sometimes they are quick. Yesterday they not only compted my drink but remade it for me ( they gave me iced and I wanted hot) Awesome job guys!!!
This is the coffee shop I go to every day, however recently it has gone down hill. Today they gave my drinks to someone else, and instead of remaking them right away I had to wait. After a total of 20 minutes, they finally finished my drinks but they were only 2/3 full and both cups were messy with spilled syrup. Also, the barista acted like I was being rude when I asked for a stopper for one of them.
