Chipotle Mexican Grill

It’s unfortunate to be the one sharing the bad review but I actually stopped coming to this chipotle because they always have something out like beans or rice or chicken etc when it’s far from closing time. Today I found myself giving them another shot after not visiting for months and sure enough I got there around 820pm the manager I guess was sharing to the staff there that everything that was there was all that was left. There queso was already out of stock I and other items. I feel that management should do better for the customer experience. Not cool.

They have no salsa for dine in ,only online orders . They have more than plenty for online orders . I asked they said NO online only . WOW worst customer service

Stopped by for a quick Friday dinner after a long time. Enjoyed the bowl EXCEPT the rice as super undercooked and hard to eat into

I come to this Chipotle all the time, and let me tell you m… the employees here are awesome! Everyone always has a good attitude, and they even like to joke around a little, which makes it way more fun to stop by.

There are a lot of people I’d love to give a shout-out to (I’ll add some names later), but I have to say… Ashley is amazing! I usually get my same go-to meal every time, but she’s always got “something I should try” & she hasn’t steered me wrong yet!

They make my order perfect every time, I’m not a fan of those overstuffed burritos that explode… I like mine just the right size. And somehow, they always remember that, which nice!

This chipotle is great, and the people who work here make it even better.

They were out of white rice?! The restaurant was a mess, someone come out from behind the counter and look around! The food was good.

The food was different every time I ordered and sometimes it was even undercooked. On top of that, the staff was extremely rude. Probably the rudeest place I've ever been. Please train & educate your sales staff well.

An average eatery - beef seems to have been a low quality item though.
Prices are relatively high compared to what you get elsewhere for a similar type of food.

Parking: Ample parking in front of the restaurant.

My sis got me a take out order on Sunday bc I am primary caregiver for 94 yo Mom and do not leave the house when I'm here. When I opened my food at lunchtime today, it looks 1/2 eaten and you CANNOT reach customer service or the restaurant location on the phone. So maybe they'll respond to this...

I order takeout for burritos at this location and they are not well prepared or portioned. They look more like a softball than a burrito. My last order was mixed up with someone else and I did not receive what I ordered resulting in a 2X overcharge to me. I will not add a tip to my on-line orders in advance anymore. I want to see my order if it is right and well prepared and see if a tip is earned first.
